Is it possible for me to have a heart attack at my age?
I'm a 27 year old female with no diagnosed heart problems. I've had blood work done and an EKG as well back in 2018 and everything came back fine. I have an anxiety disorder and sometimes I feel bad sharp pains in my chest and up my jaw and ears. My blood work said my cholesterol was perfect and my triglicerides were good. What's my chances of a heart attack? I get pretty bad anxiety several times a week.
