    Ha, yes!  I'm actually really thin and struggle to stay within a healthy weight, just a super quick metabolism.  Despite this I've been called fat on more than one occasion.  It's such a general insult aimed toward women that some people just blurt it out like a version of kids shouting "poopy head."
