female to male. Guess what YOU WILL NEVER BE A MAN. I dont care how many injections and surgeries you have your CHROMOSOMES are still female. You still have overies and falopian tubes dummy. Your DNA says YOUR A FEMALE. The only thing your gonna be besides that is science project.

Voice changes generally happen early on and at the age of 25 you should have more noticeable changes compared to someone say in their 40s or 50s. What noticeable voice changes should happen early on.

Your voice box is capable of enlarging as an adult on Testosterone hrt.

Beard growth can take over 5 years to be full , in some cases maybe up to 10 years .

It depends on your genetics, some cis men can never grow full beards.

As a trans guy ,it took me several years just for a small amount of chin hair(although a full neck beard) and its only in the last 2 years that the sides and chin are filling out more. Im just starting to be happy with beard hair and 6 years on T.

But some trans guys have a full beard after about 3 years.

The answer to both questions is - a fairly long time.  It depends on the dosage, your height/weight, the frequency of the shots.  It is by no means immediate.  I am VERY surprised that your Physician didn't walk through this with you, prepare you for the good/bad/in between.  You should be aware of the side effects of testosterone.

    .

Concerning the other answers - I'm sure when you asked this you were well aware that you would hear a lot of unsupportive opinions.  I don't know what God thinks about anything.  I DO know that I don't judge, and I trust God doesn't either.  Of course, the same people haunt the same boards so the same people can determine who will be damned forever and who will not.  Must be nice to know EXACTLY what God wants and thinks and to be so very secure in your very God-like life.  Shaking my head all over again.

    .

And ONE of your critics who knows all about what is right and what is wrong doesn't know the difference between where and were and you're/your.  So consider the source when you consider the information.  Another inbred.

Hey. So everybodies body is different and i would like to add that i am not a proffesional. But. Know what they do is they start. You off on smaller amounts to get it in your system so it is not as foregien to your body and they increase dosage as it goes on. I’m pretty sure it does not change your voice though. Good luck with your transition, and do not listen to any of these transphopes.

You have a lot to learn. Testosterone does not make your voice deeper. If you were born a female, you have the voice box of a female. That's not going to change. Particularly at your age.

As for body hair, you may or may not grow much body hair. I am a 47 year old man, real man, and I've never been very hairy at all. And my testosterone levels are average. Body hair is more genetic than anything.
