Sesamoid bone recovery?? Need help ..?

It’s been a week since I fractured my Sesamoid bone and have gotten miss information from my podiatrist. Gave me a boot for 3 weeks but I can’t even wear it because any amount of pressure is excruciating. How the hell do I heal this injury and how long does it take? I’m freaking out and am afraid it’s never going to heal.

    Go to the doctor. 

    That's just how most foot injuries are treated.   Minor ones, anyway.   What did you do?  Run it over with a car?

    Get a splint and crutches then
