Is daily sunlight necessary?
Should I get enough sun every day or only 3 times a week? I live in Arizona and it get's pretty hot here and since I was younger I was taught to be careful with the amount of time I spend in the sun. I have naturally pale white skin but I do get a natural tan when I'm out in the sun for longer periods of time. I just want to be healthy and less depressed.

Regular sun exposure is the most natural way to get enough vitamin D. To maintain healthy blood levels, aim to get 10–30 minutes of midday sunlight, several times per week. People with darker skin may need a little more than this. Your exposure time should depend on how sensitive your skin is to sunlight.

It's not NECESSARY, but at least a half hour outside (this does not mean "staring at the sun" (unless you want to be blind, of course) would be good. It does not matter how HOT it is, but whether rays from the sun are there. (You can get suburn even in winter in Alaska.)

You can easily protect yourself from the sun’s harmful rays with sunscreen, hats and clothes.
There is no need to sequester yourself inside.
I am very fair and lived in Arizona for a couple of years.
Yes, sunlight is necessary to human health.

It is Vitamin D Your bones and teeth need that vitamin(not in pill form either) 15 minutes on your skin is enough(like your face)
