Will it make a difference if I just not close out my browser during the day Yahoo! Answers shuts down?

If I keep my browser open for days after Yahoo! Answers shuts down and if I never close out of the Yahoo! Answers tie, will that make a difference and at least keep the site up for me where I can always see it? What if I never close out of the browser on Yahoo! Answers for months anyway and not refresh it? Will that avoid the shutdown on my end and make history that I still see it existing on my end?

Yes, it will be there until you decide to close the browser, or your computer overheats from never being shut down. Would it not be easier to just screenshot the page?

You might be able to still see the page you're on, but you won't be able to do anything with it because they'll stop running all Y!A services on their servers. You won't be able to go to links on the page (such as those to a question), as those will all be dead. You won't be able to answer or ask questions, either.

Client-side stuff like the UI and layout of the page you're on will be preserved until you leave or refresh it. Anything operations requiring communication with their servers will be impossible to perform.

If you don't refresh your browser, you will miss out on the new green and orange versions of Yahoo Answers that will be introduced on 1 June.
