What are the best condoms to use if you want to get pregnant? ?
I've seen lambskin condoms in stores that are thin enough to prevent pregnancy, but not diseases. ...Are there any condoms if you're just looking for disease prevention?

Why would you want to get pregnant with a partner who has STIs? They should either have them treated before you TTC so that they don't risk passing them to you while pregnant (since some STIs can have a negative impact on fetal development), or if they are untreatable you both should meet with a fertility specialist to figure out safe options for attempting conception. There is no condom that can let through sperm yet somehow keep out viruses or bacteria. Sperm cells are considerably larger than either.

You can't prevent disease if you want to allow sperm to make it in.
The semen that carries the sperm will spread the disease.
If you want to become pregnant - find a partner that doesn't have a disease. You can't catch what they don't have.

Uh, no...they prevent diseases by blocking semen, and bacteria/viruses are much smaller that a sperm cell.
If you want to get pregnant, you have to either have unprotected sex, or in vitro fertilization.

cut a hole in them or buy extra small condoms so they will break
