    Jello is the description of a gelatin based food.

    Jell-O is the registered trade name of the food called jello there's lots of other gelatin based food that's still Jell-O but it's marketed by a generic company.

    But basically it's all the same darn thing ground up Bones and hooves!  Yep that's what Jello is ground up bones and animal hoves
