Help!! Corn Snake Won't Eat??!!?

My pet Corn Snake that I've had for about a year now just got moved into a newer, bigger, and better enclosure about 3 weeks ago. I believe it is a 40 gallon, which I've seen is recommended for her breed and size. It provides two separate hides, a water bowl, and a couple other decorative pieces. She has appeared to be pretty stressed ever since, constantly climbing the sides of the tank to try and push her way out from the top, and at any second she had at an escape, she tried to get out. She would even put herself in places that she would end up falling down from! So far, in the new tank, she has eaten twice with no issues. But now, suddenly, she won't eat anymore! I skipped that meal and decided to wait a week until her next meal, to give her a bit of a break. I was worried that I was overhandling her during the adjustment to her new enclosure, but it's been a week since the last feeding attempt and she still won't eat! It's as if she suddenly doesn't recognize her food as food, she just pulls back away from it and continues slithering around for an escape route. She's a very timid snake, but it has never effected her feeding habits before. What should I do?!
