Is it possible to have PTSD from bullying?

In high school I was bullied A LOT. There were tons of people who would make fun of me because I'm a short dude, there were even girls who would call me mean names just because I'm short. I obviously would like to be taller than 5'5" but I can't be and it sucks. People didn't always make fun of me just for being short, it was because I wore glasses or because I was the slow guy on the sports team or whatever. People just constantly found something to belittle me about in high school. It has really really hurt my self esteem and self image to the point of almost avoiding people all together. I like people and I like interacting with people but ever since bing bullied so much in high school I feel like I always have this feeling that everybody will treat me the same way those people in high school did. I am now in my mid 20's and still never recovered. It's almost like as time goes on my social anxiety gets worse and worse because I constantly have the feeling of unacceptance.

Yes. PTSD is not a condition with set symptoms. There are patterns and common symptoms, but PTSD from military service, being kidnapped and sexually assualted, or attacked by dogs at a young age will never result in all of the same symptoms.
