bought home 6 months ago and could only get financing FHA.

now i can get full financing so can afford an upgraded home.

would a builder consider trading back current home and doing us an upgraded home and we pay the higher amount for the newer home?

i wonder if anyone ever asked this question.

btw this is a new subdivision with a builder that is half way done.

I filed on time and owe 19,000

they sent me a letter to pay up or start monthly deal.

I went online and set up a 400 / month auto payment from my checking.

how long until they will put a lien on my house.

I want to refi in 2 months and I wonder if a lien will cause my refi to fail.

I did connect red to green, white to white, black to black, ground to ground

is connecting the red to green the problem causing the light to be always on?

do I just disconnect the red to green to fix?

I am taking an FHA loan out in dec and I think I need 3 lines of credit things going on. I have that now but do I need to have 3 open lines of credit in dec? I can pay off 1 of my car loans right now. will that hurt or help my credit score for December?

no other debt and I have had a $80K permanent job for the last 3 years now.

there is a new change in MIP for FHA loans starting June 3 2013. if you lock in before that time you can ignore the changes. this change is that you carry MIP over the lifetime of the loan.

If I am having a house built and put in a downpayment and a contract on May 30th 2013 will I still be subject to this change because the actual loan interest rate does not lock in until 1 month before closing?

I am starting process next month and closing on house in Dec 2013.

when non-Christians say "my prayers for you"? I see it with some of my facebook friends that are atheist. I have never said anything to them about it.

I am a Christian (non-denominational) and said a prayer over food that had mixed company of Mormons. I overhead one lady telling her kids to ignore something I had said in the prayer. although I am not certain, I think it was in reference to my saying "Lord, forgive us of our sins" in the prayer or possible the ending I said "we pray this through Jesus Christ's name, Amen".

I am pretty certain that last part they do also, so my question is do Mormons ask in most prayers for forgiveness of sins?

the limit in my area is 350k for a single family home and it is 450k for a 2-family.

my question is does this only apply to a duplex or can I use 2-family living in my single home to qualify? this home will actually have 2 master suites but is a single family home.

the other family is my step son, his wife and new born baby daughter. I am allowing them to live with us until he finishes college masters in 2 years.

the Sequester is a less increase in spending and not a cut at all. why does the press keep saying it is spending cuts? and why did the president take a 5% cut in his salary if there is more money in spending each year? (not less money)
