I need information on how to winterize my home.?
Can anyone provide some web sites that have an extensive list of what is recomended for winterizing a home. As it is getting close to that time of year again, espeically in Canada, I want to start looking at what I can do before vs having to pay for it in heating billings or repair costs.

I want to play around with the rules.ini file with in the ra2.mix file which is associated to the game Red Alert 2. If you know how I can open the .mix file or use a program which will edit the .ini file embeded with in the .mix file I would greatly appreciate your help.
