My friend is getting divorced and she has some silver jewelry with her monogram on it. Can it be changed?

I have been baby sitting a neighbors 9 month old son 3 times a week for about 6 months now and she is always making comments about how her friends have sitters who watch their kids for free or for a few dollars a day. She pays me $6/hour, which I think is reasonable. Her friends live out of the area otherwise I would tell her to take her son to the freebies. I thinks she thinks that since we have gotten to know each other better that I should watch him for free...any advice? Do you think $6/hour is too much to charge?

I had highlighted blonde hair then had it professionally colored dark brown. The dark color is starting to fade and is a weird color. I don't want to spend the money to get it redone. Would it be ok to use a temporary home color on it?
