ok i have this dell computer and it will not open my windows it turns on but as its trying to go to windows xp page it turns black.. i have tried using the safemode programs but it dosen't go through it pops up all the white letters but it stays like that forever.. i tried to do a dell pc restore but when i hold down the ctrl button and press the f 11 it tells me i have a keyboard failure.. im at a loss i dont know what else to do to get it on...i also clicked restore to the last known good configuration but it dosen't do nothing the screen turns black.. please help if you know any other way to get it working.

i need to know what is the best antivirus to use.. i have tried downloading all the free one on the web and none of them are helping some wont even open. i had mcafee but it messed up n i tried reinstalling it but it wont let me.. i dont know if i should do a pc restore or reinstall windows xp. those would be my last options if i cant find something that would help this problem.. please help i keep gettin strange audios popping up i dont know where its coming from.

can someone please help..for example when im goin to send emails out and i go to add addresses i get an error message and internet explorer shuts down i lose all my sites...thats not the only place that does it ...its gettin very annoyin..is there a way i can fix it? i tried lookin at the site but i couldnt get any usefull information. i downloaded a few explorer fixes but they all have to be purchessed alittle scared to buy them and they dont work.
