I purchased a used 2004 Chevy Impala 5 days ago, and yesterday while I was driving the head gasket blew. Would a state implied warranty cover the repair? (Kansas)

I understand if you work more than 40 hours (hourly) you'll get overtime...but someone was telling me if you're paid bi-weekly, it only applies if you exceed 80 hours?

I am 6 foot tall, 195 pounds and trying to lose this bellyweight.

I only eat when I start to feel hungry, usually a skipped breakfast, a small lunch and medium sized dinner. I rarely snack, unless after dinner, and I drink tons of water, no soda, usually resulting around 900-1300 calories a day.

I've also begun working out at the gym 30-45 minutes of day, usually cardio and a little resistance at the end to keep my heart rate up.

I don't feel weak, and I don't have any cravings...will this work?

My buddy lives in Kansas, but for a while lived in Arizona. In Kansas, he got his license suspended so he drove to Arizona where he has family at and got an Arizona license, therefor making his Kansas license void. Can he still legally drive in Kansas under the Arizona license?
