I am pregnant and the dad will sue me for either joint cust. of my baby. Normally I believe that fathers have rights but after I got pregnant I found out a lot about him. He pretty much stalked me for three months, he texted me a few times saying he was so messed up on drugs. He claims he has a job but who can believe a addict. He lives off of his dad (he's around 35) and had his daddy and mommy call me a few times which to me was strange.

I am moving out of state next week due to a living arrangement, in which he was going to help me out with but he hasn't even tried.

So I am wondering what would be the deal if he got visitation? would I have to move back to where I am living now? I am not going to ask for child support because I feel like I can not leave my child with an addict.

it's not throbbing pain it's just sore. When I have a bra on it's worse.

See Im 4mths preggo and the father is someone I used to date yrs ago ran into a bar and hooked up for one night. I found out 3 mths ago and I just told him, he's excited. That's a good thing I think buuuuutttt now he's always bothering me to hang out, he's making all these plans of "our future" and at first I was like, "ok we're not together" and he's all "well we can be" and I was like "no I don't care about u like that and I can't live a lie". So I thought he would get it, nope a few weeks go by and he's calling and calling. The other night he's telling me that it's not fair the way I don't want to hang out and things like that. Today I said "look you're stressing me out, I need to you to leave me along and let me have my space right now".

I don't think it's a big deal if he's not around all the time. he's telling me that it's not fair that I excluding him out.

Tell me what I should do, I don't like him so why does he have to be around now?

So I hadn't had my period since April or May. I was having slight cramps. Today I took 4 pregancy test and they all came back positive. I am concern about the slight cramping here and there, it wasn't a lot just before I thought I would start but I haven't had any spotting or anything. Im also worried about tubual pregancy too.

So how far a long would I be if I had my last period in April and last had sex in May.

If I was having a tubual pregancy wouldn't I be in a lot of pain by now?

I had a root canal done, well actually I never got it finished yet. Just the first part of drilling and temp put in about a year ago.Now I have a abessed right above the. The tooth never bothered me just throbbing and now it's swollen with a blister like thing. Does this mean I have to get a root canal all over again or just antibotics?

I have a nano and when trying to play my music it's says "disk mode" and "ok to disconnect". it won't power off.

I have cable and now im getting tivo. I have also have cable internet that's what my other splitter (spelling?) is using. Will I have to to purchase one more and slpit my cable net with my tivo?? help me please!!
