I own playstation3.Can I update my system update through usb pendrive?(In India sometimes there is power cut & internet is not as fast as in the west.So there is possibility of corrupting the registry if there is power cut during update & there by could not open the system)Pl.Tell me Where can I find the update?

By mistake i have downloaded an .exe file.It is playing havoc with my computer.The file could not be opened.and could not be removed.I put the file name in search and tried to delete But it says another program me is running the file.But not found in the system tray.I tried in task manager but it is not found there.Tried and located in task manager -process tab and if I tried to delete, warning comes as "if u do this your system will be destabilized".So what to do?
