My younger brother was fired todaay from his job. He works for a wholesale club. On Sunday, A lady ran into his carts that he was pulling back into the store. The lady went into the store and says he hit her but according to him there was no ivestigation by the management and on top of that they gave the lady his home number and information, told her to contact him for damages to her car and fired him. The lady is calling him at home demanding to speak with him about the accident. Of course because she has his phone number, she also has his address. What should he do? I know it is NOT legal to give out an employees personal information no matter what so what step should he take next?

I know this sounds insurmountable but look how many people log on here. Im talking one maybe two days to show the oil companies we can survive a day or two without them. I know people have suggested this before. There is a smoke out day for people to quit smoking, fossil fuels and their polution is doing much more damage to the planet as a whole, I am calling out to the hive mind. How can we make some change? What can we do to put the proverbial foot up their ____?

I would like to know: if I joined, how long before I get to be a total nutcase like our good friend Tom and fly around in my spaceship, and hang out with other groovy people from the Borg. Also, At what point does my telekinesis kick in, this using my hands business is getting old....

Guys just doing some research. How do the rest of you "know", what makes your 'dar go DING! ?

I am one of the many who didn't have the financial backing to attend college straight from high school. I have wanted to be an architect my whole life. I now have the opportunity to go to school and do something with it. I am pushing 30 and wondering if my dreams are worth the sacrifice of what's left of my youth. I have heard many times that with the major professions (medical, legal, etc.) its the young gifted hotshots who make it. Now while I am confident in my ability to do something with the degree I would like to hear it from someone else. I am sure there are more people that have been in my situation. I just want to hear some stories good or bad so I can decide to follow my dreams and be what I know in my heart I am meant to be or to stick with the skills I have developed in the workplace over the years and hit the daily grind with full force and try to make it without harnessing my true abilities.
