Can not figure out why my prizm front defroster doesn't work. It stopped working when it got really cold out the other day. Also recently had transmission work (I don't see anywhere were it may be disconnected)

Cable and linkage from switch to box seems fine, not broken. (May need adjustment?)

No belt on A/C compressor because it doesn't work(no cold air). Does the compressor somehow control this? I know in my 1999 Corrola I have to use the recirculation and the a/c light lights up.

Any idea how to adjust the cable attached to the switch? Everything else works and is hot and can be switched. Vents, Floor, just no defroster vent.

I removed the blower motor on the right side and stuck my arm up in there and couldn't find anything anywhere that was blocking anything. When I ran the switches the vents switched back and forth.

PLEASE HELP! The haynes manual isn't helpping!

2007 Ford Escape 2.3L non-hybrid 4wd

I want to test the relay and the resistor on my escape before I just go buy them. It can't be too complicated to test them. Someone please refer me to a link or give me instructions it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a digital tester. One of the common ones with the two dials and two plugs.

Anyone know what fuse would control the blower? I didn't see one specifically referring to the blower in the manual

I have a sandrail and I need to get pipes with spark arresters to replace. I'm thinking it might have to be custom as I'm unable to find anything on my own any where. Maybe there is a VW motor that would have the same style as my '71 VW flat four 1.7L motor?

I've recent purchased a dune buggy. The transaxles are bus (3 rib trans) on the inside to bug (type 3) on the outside. I have reason to believe the shaft is from a bug not a bus because the bus joint won't fit. I've been told you have to get a bus axle and mill down the bug end to get the joint to fit properly. I don't have the tools or know how to do this. Does anyone know where I can purchase such an axle? I've searched and can not locate one.

Perhaps it's okay to put the axle on the bus side with no split ring clip?? that's how it's assembled now but doesn't seem right.

Points to someone if they can point me in the direction to find the correct axle that is already milled. I've searched ebay and the web and am unable to find one. Perhaps I'm not entering the correct search.

Was wondering if anyone has used these spark plug non-foulers and if they work okay? I have a 71 914 1.7l in my buggy and was thinking this might keep the plugs from fowling out so quickly. Doesn't seem like a good idea but it does at the same time! :)

I've agreed to do a collage for my son's sports team and was wondering what the best/easiest program out there on the market is? I'm pretty computer savvy so I'd rather have a more professional photo slide show over music that looks good.

I have a metal shed and I got some free metal siding, the wavy type that's on pole barns and such. What's the best way to cut it without have any fancy tools that a contractor would have? I have a circular saw, jig saw, sawzall, tin snips and any basic types of tools really that normal people would have.
