I'm with a learning permit, learning the ropes of driving, and have been for a few months now driving with my parents. So I was Driving down a two-way street with two lanes going each direction, I was on the inner lane, while a white SUV and a Bus was on the outer lane. My Dad asked me to pass the Bus, but before I did, I noticed that the Bus put on his left blinker to change into my lane so he could turn left at the next intersection. The Bus put on his blinker before I passed him, so I slowed down and didn't pass the Bus to let him change lanes. Dad didn't like that very well, but he put up with it.

Now we get to the next intersection controlled by traffic lights, and both me and the bus want to turn left onto a busy 2-way street with 2 lanes going each way. The Bus turns left into the outer lane, and as I was about to do the same, my Dad urges and starts yelling to go into the inner lane and pass the bus. I don't know why he was urging me to do it, so I was a bit reluctant before changing lanes and passing the bus.

I understand that a bus takes longer to accelerate, but there was really no hurry on my part and it was very uncomfortable for me to pass the bus. Should I always pass a vehicle given that the driver is taking a while to accelerate or isn't going the speed limit, even if I'm uncomfortable with it? And was the first attempt at passing the bus safe enough to where I could have?

I'm well aware that yes, I've asked this Before. But it wasn't Explained. Please. I want this to be explained.

xy + 2y = 1

How do I put it into a y = format Where y is by itself?

The Previous Answer I got answered it Like so:

xy + 2y = 1

y (2+x) = 1

y = 1/(2+x)

Which doesn't make sense to me. how did you get from xy+2y=1 to y(2+x)=1?

xy +2y = 1

xy - 5y = 1

How do I Put these into a format where y is by itself in the format of y= ? I want the step by step process!

The medium is a video, and what's so unacceptable about it is just the simple fact that it is a camcorder pointed at a Nintendo DS system, which under normal circumstances looks bad, but I've worked hard to make it to where it doesn't look bad at all.

What I Need is feedback to make my performance at the game better and more entertaining to watch, not feedback telling me to use an emulator or not to record at all.

I've Been making Youtube Videos for a bit over a month now, but I recieve almost Nill Criticism on my videos. I'm having fun making these videos and fleshing them out to be entertaining, but almost no one is watching them! How can I Attract some attention so I can get some Criticism on my work?
