How do I undo roster editing in NCAA Football 12 for PS3?
I've modified some of the player stats in the roster editing section and now I can't find a way to change them back to their default stats. How is this accomplished? I deleted the roster file but the PS3 regenerates the file and the player is still edited.
1 AnswerVideo & Online Games10 years agoWhere are the touchscreen cellphones without cameras?
Come on, seriously, with all this technology at our disposal and we can't even produce a combination so simple. My work doesn't allow phones with cameras and they do check to make sure the camera isn't on the phone whether you've disabled it or not so that's out of the question. There has to be a demand for this. I don't want a stinkin' blackberry either!

10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoVery high AST and ALT liver level symptoms?
I have a history of high cholesterol since 2001. My last test in 2008 showed my cholesterol at 305 with the good being within normal levels and the bad being twice normal levels.
Last week I had 2 very similar "attacks" 3 days apart that started with severe back pain going up to my shoulder blades and then went to my stomach(mainly right side). I was very bloated and had a hard time breathing deeply. The stomach symptoms went away first but the extreme back pain lingered for a long time after that. I've had my appendix removed many years ago so I know it's not that.
After the 2nd attack I went to the doc the very next day and had my blood and urine tested. My urine was dark and had blood and bilirubin in it. My blood test came back with the following high readings:
Alkaline Phosphatase - 300(twice normal)
AST - 268(6x normal)
ALT - 682(10x normal)
They also did an ultrasound a couple of days later and found nothing wrong. I haven't had any more symptoms since the last attack. Any ideas?

We know that large magnitude earthquakes can trigger other earthquakes and volcanoes far away. How likely is it that "the big one" on the west coast could also trigger a Yellowstone supervolcano eruption?

14 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoShould the US implement a "survival of the fittest" policy for banks?
Instead of trying to bail them out, let the banks fight it out amongst themselves. The weaker give way to the stronger. Of course, some people will lose and some will win, but would the outcome really be that much different than the situation we're in now?
5 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoCan a major asteroid impact trigger volcanic eruptions around the world?
Think of it this way, if the Earth is compared to an egg with many cracks in it representing the magma moving to the surface, then if pressure is suddenly applied to the hard crust this should force more yolk(magma) out, right?
5 AnswersEarth Sciences & Geology1 decade agoIf territorial sovereignty is no longer important..
Why doesn't the US just go ahead and finish off Iran's nuclear ambitions? We have plenty of troops next door and 2 carrier groups offshore. Now with the Georgian troops all off the Iranian border we can mass our troops there and say we're policing the border in their place. What can Russia do, say "Don't do it" like we did to them.
1 AnswerCurrent Events1 decade agoWhere are the real photos of South Ossetia?
I hear all these stories about how Georgia has killed so many people in South Ossetia and downed all these planes. Where are the photos to document this? The pictures I've seen are nowhere near to the scale of what is being reported. Some civilians killed in a war but when has that not happened? Where are the thousands of bodies that the Russians supposedly "liberated"? If they were willing to make such a big point of how bad things had gotten in SO then why not take pictures for the world to see. That would justify their cause at least.
3 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoShould the US answer Russia's invasion with air support?
If we can't provide troops, I'm quite sure we can provide air cover for Georgian forces. I think after Georgia helped support our forces in Iraq, it looks very bad for the US to sit and do nothing.

4 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoIs oil is only a secondary effect of a much bigger problem?
Oil along with most of the other major issues we face today are intertwined with human overpopulation and overconsumption of all of our resources. Whether oil peaks or not, the growth of human population will cause some other catastrophic chain reaction like a global food shortage or economic collapse or even the mass-extinction of most of the animal life on the planet. I don't think the human race is willing to face the negative side-effects of trying to tackle overpopulation. The other alternative is to allow this problem to fix itself as it has in the past with any other species that became too numerous to support itself. Agree? Disagree? Opinions welcome.
3 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoIs more advanced medicine actually reducing our body's immunity over generations?
Never before in the history of the Earth have we had so many antidotes, vaccines, and cures for so many diseases. Is this actually altering the body's genetic structure over time so that over a period of a few generations, the human immune system is actually less resistant to diseases? In evolution, when something is not needed, it is eventually phased out. Animals that move underground ultimately lose their eyes because they no longer use them. Since we are providing man-made immunity to diseases, does the body recognize this and reduce its own defenses since they are not required to be used as much?
Is using antibacterial and sterile products at home having the same effect on us genetically?
And on a side note, does this increase the capacity of diseases to become more resistant to our immune responses?
