Alright guys and gals, I am on the hunt for some new books. I enjoy fantasy romance, paranormal romance, tragic romance, and romances about emotional growth or family.

I really liked Kresley Cole's Immortals After Dark and Charlane Harris' Sookie Stackhouse novels. I would love something else along those lines.

Or, really random jump... I know, something about a heroine who finds the strength to leave an abusive relationship and grows as a person in confidence and self-worth and finds someone who is good to her and for her.

Or something about estranged and/or divorced parents, maybe who don't even know about the kids.

Or something beautifully sad.

I would love to hear what you all have to say because I have no clue what to read next.

Also, the biggest problem that I have with romance novels is not how predictable they can become, but the lack of skill some authors have at creating characters and/or really strange word choices, or the lack of thorough editing.

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop and I have had it for a year and it runs windows vista. On the bottom right corner the word Forward is just there hanging out pretty large and Neon green. How do I get it to go away?

About a month ago I fell down a because a step was missing, around two feet and sprained my ankle. I have sprained both ankles many times and comparitively this sprain wasn't that bad. It only got a little swollen and didn't get discolored until about a week later and then just greenish yellow along the area about an inch under the ankle. Anyway, I iced it and elevated it and stretched it out and I thought it was pretty much better but now these last couple of days I have been having a hard time fully extending my foot and it hurts to put too much pressure on it. Any ideas what is wrong?

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Tseries and for a couple of days now the sound won't work. Mute is not on, the volume is all the way up and the songs are playing and yet no sound escapes the machine. I have tried just rebooting and even turning off completely and taking out the battery but I don't know how to fix the problem. Any ideas?

I have a 10 month old female cat. I also have two kittens one male and one female that are four weeks old that were abandoned. Sometimes I think that the older cat thinks that the kittens are toys because she stalks, runs around, and swats and the kittens, but other times she holds them down with her paw and bites their neck. She has also mostly lost interest in the toys she used to love. I don't think she is biting hard because the kittens never cry out but it still worries me. Is she just telling the kittens who is boss? Is it possible that she will hurt them? Should I separate them while I am away? Can I get her to turn her attention back to her toys and away from the kittens?

I found two abandoned kittens, three weeks old, a couple of days ago and I have been bottle feeding them and also some canned kitten food. I have taken them to the vet and they were tested and they didn't have worms but even so the vet gave them medicine to make sure there were no worms. Today two days later one of the kittens had blood in his stool.

Why could this be?

My iHome was working before i left town, but now that i am back it won't work. It registers that the iPod is connected and when i press play it says it is playing, but nothing but static comes out. It plays the radio but not my iPod. What do i do?
