I'm upgrading my phone and I want the best phone for me and my little brother. A phone that's worth my money ands a good working phone and is stylish well...cool looking. I heard and have been told that the Pantech Link is a good phone also the LG Encore, and maybe the iphone... maybe. So those are the phones i'm doing my homework on and I was wondering what you all think about them if u've had any experience with these phones. I need to be happy with a phone that I can definitely rely on and be satisfied with for two years.

I live in Pennsylvania and have a Big 57 year old house.I am also on a busy street (a main road) close to shops ,the blue route and highways. My house has 1.3 acers of land surrounding it and the house is listed at $395,900. It was at $439,900 but our real estate company suggested that we drop it a bit. Over all my main question is should we go for a Commercial real estate company? My family say we could get a lot out of money from the property and thinks that the real estate company that were with now isn't really doing anything. This is the 2nd company that were with now. Oh and also we've been on the market for almost TWO YEARS!! We've had open houses and showings but no good offers. We've had only ONE but wouldn't even think twice about taking it. On the real estate website the listing says "could be used for Lawyers, doctors, contractors, medical offices, etc." Should we stop it from being more residential and for strictly commercial only?? How long would it take to zone it commercial??

If they r than i'll be pissed. I love him and think he's one of their best players. I has to do with money or something like that and if it is than i think they should cut back on ryan howard paycheck a little bit. he gets payed wayyyy to much and he's a creep. I'm getting braces soon to be exact on February 24 is when i get my examination by the orthodontist. I was supposed 2 get them like 4 years ago but things i guess came up a little... So my dad FINALLY said to me one night we gotta get your braces soon Cuz i guess he was looking at my teeth and i was so happy!!! I ABSOLUTELY HATE MY TEETH!!! They kill my confidence and make me feel not pretty enough and make me feel bad about myself. I also HATE 2 SMILE!! UGHH!! So anyways that's soon going 2 be the past and i'll have nice straight pearly white that i've been dreaming about ever since i was little and had crooked teeth the worst. I'm 18 now and they have pretty much straightened out by themselves naturally, by that i mean they've gotten better ever since. So soon i'll get them maybe like a week after my examination and he said that i was ready b4 (4 years ago) when i was there the last time. So my question is.... how confident were u before and after????

I do sometimes. Usually with the girls they just seem to feel aqward around mee and i feel aqward around them. like today we were in fitness class and we had to get into groups and the whole time i felt like can this just be over with cuz this is soo strange and aqward and i dont think they like me very much. They werent really talking to me at all. I felt left out and dont know what i did to make it be like this. I'm nice and adverage looking sooo i dont know what i did to make them not include me in the groups plans or ask me what i thought or this song or this and what else should we do?
