I am just wondering this. Do you think if your parents named you something else, you life would be different? I don't think so, but maybe. Sometimes people want to be your friend based on your name. That's how I became best friends with this girl I know.

Do you think if you were named something else you would act different? Would you be a different person? Doubts, but who knows! My name is Maddie (female version) which means unmarried woman. It kind of had an impact because I am afraid I might not get married. AH!

I am always so interested in the meaning of names, and I have found out that some names have weird meanings like ...

Paige: The name comes from a male servant in the medieval times.(You want your kid to be a server?)

Rachael: It means a female sheep (Why would you want your kid to be named after a sheep?)

Denise: Follower (You want your kid to be a follower?)

These names have weird meaning. So just a random question, do you know the meaning of your name or your kids name? Because I bet 6/10 people don't.

Trying to think of the perfect name. I hate very common names like Sarah, Emily, Nicole, Madison, Katelyn, so nothing like that.

I am sixteen and I have a older brother who is eighteen. My mom and dad have just gotten a divorce, so this is the first year they won't be together.

My dad is fine though, he is going to celebrate Christmas with his new girlfriend and her kids.

My mom though.. well she's upset. We live with her 90 percent of the time, but she has like no money. We live in a two bedroom apartment and can barley afford food. So this year Christmas seams like it won't happen to her. She isn't even setting up a tree.

So my brother and I got part time jobs at McDonald's (worst job ever btw) but we both managed to make enough money for a tree, dinner and a few presents. So when our mom is sleeping on Christmas morning, we'll set it all up.

Do you think this is a good idea. Because a few of my friends think its a bad idea, and it makes my mom look bad. I don't want to make her look bad, but.. I don't know.

I finished my Christmas shopping last week, so this week I have decided to wrap them all and put them under the tree. I hide them in a place so they wouldn't peek (my kids are very sneaky) but I can't remember where I put them! I have check a through my house! I have to find them because I spent like $500! Any ideas where they might be?

My best friend (who is 16 by the way) sleep over at her boyfriend's house. Everyone thinks they had sex, but they said they didn't. I asked her myself and she just told me it was none of my business (which i guess it isn't) But don't you think that's weird? Why wouldn't she just admit she had sex? Or maybe she didn't? Any advice?

I am proud to say I am the mother of a beautiful daughter! She has very light brown hair and dark brown eyes. We need a little help with a name though.

We were thinking of either calling her Penelope (Penny for short) or Charlotte. My sister suggested the name Blainley (random name) but for some reason I really like it, and think it sounds pretty.

Any other name idea? We are not naming her something common like Katie, Sarah, Emily or Madison. Although I think they are all very pretty (especially Madison because that is my name) but they are too common and we don't want our daughter to have the same name as 100 other people at her school.

I want to be a model so bad! I love make up, fashion and trying on clothes. My friend is a photographer and he takes pictures of me all the time just for fun.
