If God is all powerful, then could he make an argument for atheism that is so convincing...?
that it would convince him to become an atheist?
HEYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
15 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy would a loving Christian god "condemn" some people to being born in Islamic countries?
Like Iran or Saudi Arabia where the odds of becoming Christian are extremely low?
God is essentially condemning certain individuals to go to hell based on where they were born which is beyond their control.
Can a Christian give a rational response to this?
(preferably without any B.S. about free will because we all know that where you are born and how you are raised has a huge effect on what religion you are and those are both beyond your control)
16 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agowhy dont people think Zeus existed?
Well the Greeks said Zeus was real and if he wasn't then there would be no Greek religion. Not that I'm a Greek religious fanatic or anything but I'm just saying.
5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoTheists, do you know what a null hypothesis is?
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoChristians who accept evolution...?
Where did humanity's state of sin originate from?
The bible clearly says that it's the result of Adam and Eve. Do you believe in evolution AND adam and eve?
11 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoChristians who accept evolution...?
Jesus --> Sacrifice to atone for humanity's state of sin
Humanity's state of sin --> resulted from the Fall of Man
Fall of Man --> consequence of Adam and Eve's disobedience to god
So, to recap:
If you believe that Jesus's sacrifice was necessary, then you also believe in the whole Adam and Eve story which directly contradicts evolutionary theory.
How the hell can you explain this logical inconsistency?
1 AnswerReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoSo earth goes around the sun?????? Christians and Atheist...everybody what do you think?
Personally I take this as an insult!
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoPastafarians, why are you following that stripper?
5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIf god gave everyone free will...?
doesn't that mean he forced free will upon us?
Do I have no other choice then to have free will?
13 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoQuestion 2: If a mentally insane person kills someone?
does that condemn them to hell even though their mental illness is the result of a chemical imbalance in their brain that is beyond their control?
2 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoQuestion 2: If a mentally insane person kills someone?
does that condemn them to hell even though their mental illness is the result of a chemical imbalance in their brain that is beyond their control?
14 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoBecause mental illnesses have a genetic basis...?
How can a Christian say that free will exists?
4 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoHow can a Christian be eternally happy in heaven?
If they have non-christian friends and family who they know will be in hell?
17 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoCreationists...an honest question...?
Can you explain to me your hypothesis as to why Human Chromosome #2 contains a vestigial centromere and multiple sub-telomeric duplications?
The theory of evolution would postulate that this is the result of an ancestral ape chromosome fusion event. This explanation would additionally explain why humans have 2 less chromosomes than the other great apes.
So...what is the creationist explanation?

18 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIs Zeus angry at Christians?
A 6-story tall Jesus statue in Ohio was struck by lighting on Monday and burned to the ground.
What further evidence do Christians require that will convince them that the Almighty Zeus is pissed off at them?
