I weight 87 pounds and i'm 4'9, I'm healthy and a vegetarian. So I find myself looking for weight loss tips and things when I shouldn't. I want to be more fit. I work out about 5 days a week for 40 minutes. I have an Ok body I just want to tone it.

I was wondering any ways would be the most effective and fastest.

I also find myself feeling sick so I was wondering good healthy recipes and things to help me get that "perfect" body.

Abs and legs are my problem areas.

I would love internet pages and things to educate myself for a healthier body. I hate having to count calories because i'm so small i can't eat as many even if i work out.
