Landlord charging me $300 to paint apartment after moving out....?
I just moved out of my apartment. I had lived there 7 years, and now my landlord is charging me costs to repaint. She is saying that they shouldn't have to repaint the walls after that amount of time, because she has the same paint in her own home and it doesn't need repainted. The paint is your basic flat paint they use in most apartments. There were crayon marks on the walls, but I went over those with kills, and informed her that her maintenance guys gave me a can of it to use. It doesn't state anywhere in the lease about anyone painting or repainting the walls. Everything could be covered with one coat of their basic neutral color. Anyone have any insight to this? We live in Ky.

Recently while watching tv, my screen flashes like someone is surfing the channels, and the sound cuts out. This only started within the past week or so. It's starting to get annoying. Any ideas what it could be? I don't think it's my tv.
1 AnswerTiVO & DVRs10 years agoWeight Watcher's....does it work?
I'm overweight and am looking to lose 40-50lbs. I've considered weight watcher's and wondered if it really works. Do you prefer online weight watcher's or in person? I could use some helpful info about it as well.
3 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoIs this normal for toddlers or is it a red flag?
A mother of a 2.5 yr. old called me and told me that her son is putting his genitals on his toys. She didn't go into any detail or anything, so I only know what she told me. I know that children this young are aware of their genitals and will acknowledge it when they are naked. Is his behavior normal or should his mother be concerned? She thinks it may just be 'a phase'.
