Weight Watcher's....does it work?

I'm overweight and am looking to lose 40-50lbs. I've considered weight watcher's and wondered if it really works. Do you prefer online weight watcher's or in person? I could use some helpful info about it as well.

It works. I joined WW in 2003 and lost 51.8 lbs before becoming pregnant in 2006. I gained a lot of weight with pregnancy and now I am back on program and I have lost 33.5 and still have to lose another 29 to return to my goal weight. The good thing is that I am Lifetime so I only paid for the meetings I attend until I return back to my goal.

I attend the meeting since the Lifetime status is only available to meeting members. I also use their etools. I really enjoy the meeting you get some great tips. I also fell that the meetings make me stay on plan more since I have to step on a scale in front of someone. I also enjoy being celebrated when I lose.

I had to do a report on weight watchers for my nutrition and wellness class, it does work but you have to use your points on healthy foods instead of wasting them on junk foods. It will work and it's a healthier diet then most of the other fad diets.

It sure does :D you just have to stick with it. Do the meetings in person. Its better.
