I had a missed miscarriage last wednesday at 6 weeks (so quite early). As it all came as a shock I didn't really listen to what I was told there after. Me and my partner want to try again as soon as possible and surely it is ok to have sex now the bleeding has completely stopped. We don't use contraceptives is it still ok to have sex? Will I miscarry again if we conceive straight away?

I know I should probably be asking my doctor this but I have spoken to several professionals and they all seem to say different things but I think they thought I had had a proper complete miscarriage and seem to give me very vague answers.

I have just finished reading "before i go to sleep" by S J Watson and i have read all of the Alex Cross collection by James Patterson, can anyone recommend any other good books.I particularly like these as I am quite dyslexic and find these easy to read.

I have two male guinea pigs and they have both got sticky bums. I know it's nothing to really worry about but I have having real trouble cleaning it. I have trimmed what I can away and used a mild rodent shampoo but I doesn't make much difference. Anyone got any ideas?

I am wanting to get a pouched rat can anyone give me any good info about keeping them, ie, do they eat normal rat food or special stuff...

I have two male rats approx. 6 months old and they have a red/brown discharge coming from their left eye only, and it is the same eye on both of them. They do not have any other signs of illness, there is no discharge from their nose or ears and they are just as lively as ever. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Should I just take them to the vet?

I have been using light sensitive emulsion on my screen and it has a bit of build up on it and I have been loaned a bigger screen with has at least three layers of masks on it that I cannot get off. So far i have tried the remover that came with my screen with is citric based, (separately of course) I have tried caustic soda and then speedballs screen cleaning solution, none of these have worked, does anyone have any other ideas of things i can try?

I have two8 week old rats and they keep biting me and my partner, I have been putting my had in very slowly and not hovering over them so not to startle them. But does anyone know how I can get them to stop biting?

I bought two 7 week old rats on monday and it is now sunday and for the past day or so one or the other has had red discharge coming from his eye. I know it is not blood and is a sign of stress or illness but they seem healthy. Is it possible they are getting this discharge simply from the move and are still stress. I plan on taking them to the vets tomorrow but just wanted to put the question out there in case anyone know any thing or has seem similar.

I have just got two baby boy rats both grey and white and I am having problems naming them. My past rats have been called Marius, Lestat, Victor and Remy. The pets I have at the moment are two guinea pigs called Jasper and Dean and degus called Eric and Godric. Any one got any ideas for names?

I have had rats before and have played it safe with feeding them treats. Has anyone one got any advice for interesting treats I can give them. And things that I should avoid - I know the basics but just wanted to check.
