I have a honeywell wifi thermostat that I m replacing a white Rodgers. I have 6 wire setup on my central heat and air. I got my ac to work following the some wire setup but am not given the option for emergecy heat. The heater won t turn on while in heat mode. Anyone have any suggestions for me.

I have my Xbox connected to my laptop so I can connect through its wifi.

I test Xbox live connection and it passes the test every time just fine. But when I try to play online with any game I get the same message that it can't connect to the games server. I'm using windows 7 laptop and I have bridged the connection/ and shared it under sharing neither works. Any advice?

I have a 1990 geo tracker and before I can use my 4x4 I am supposed to manually change some switches from the free to lock position, problem is, no one ever showed me where them switches are at. anyone have any ideas. today would be a good day to know cause of all this snow.

I was wondering how to use 4 wheel drive on a 1990 geo tracker. I notice in the manual it says to set the manual free wheeling hubs to the lock position before engaging 4 wheel drive. only thing is I have no idea where the lock is at?? anyone have any ideas? any help is appreciated. keep in mind this is a 90 geo tracker, standard 5 gear.

I have a hp laptop with a build in web cam (windows 7) and I am trying to think of a way I can access this web cam over the internet with my phone. My laptop is always connected to the internet with wifi and my mobile phone is a nokia e71, its capable of downloading apps and has 3G (unlimited internet). Anyone have ideas? I prefer free solutions.

I have a nokia e71 and lately the fm radio wont start when I click it. all that happens is it flashes the screen and it goes right back to the menu. I check the task manager and the radio aint running. I have the latest version on my phone and all the updates. anyway to fix this issue.

I know its a random question but I have been wondering because I drive a little ways on a dark dark road.

I wanted some advice from people that have experienced a dog bite on their pet or if someone is experienced with animals please comment. My dog was attacked on Sunday by two pits. He seems to be doing ok but now his leg is swelling up on the same leg where he was bit. He has two puncture wounds in the left back hip. I have been treating it with a special cream I got from the vet. The dog is also now on medication, two antibiotics and a pain medication. The dog is now able to use this leg again but occasionally limps. after the swelling started I took him back to the vet and they told me that the swelling was normal and to continue his medication. they also said that I will need to massage his leg and try to press the swelling up from paw to hip. I do this and he seems to enjoy it for the most part. The dog is always licking the wound and its hard to get him to stop. I have tried to cover it with a band aid and he rips it off every time I turn my back hes back to licking it. I really don't want to go as far as buying the cone shaped collar for the simple fact that my dog give me a very hard time putting it on him when we tried it out at the vets. More information about my dog.. hes a German Shepard, he still eats and drinks normal. hes able to use the leg for the most part. His shots are up to date. He has a hard time going to the bathroom because of the discomfort. The reason for this post is I want advice. I am concerned because his swelling has not gone down yet and I don't want to take him to the vets again just so they can tell me the same thing, I'll be wasting money. I just wanted some advice from anyone, especially if your an animal doctor or technician. I greatly appreciate your time. Thank you!

I have been monitoring my CPU and system temperature closely lately. My hard drives are at a cool temperature but what I have been noticing lately is my my CPU (AMD Athlon XP 3000+) temperature is anywhere from around 60*c to 79*c (this is from using freeware software and the bios). Yesterday I spend most of the day removing the dust from the interior of the computer. All of the fans are running properly and I just upgraded to a 600 watt power supply. I have been looking online and I see different numbers on what is considered overheating on this Athlon XP 3000+ CPU. I'd appreciate it if anyone can tell me and also leave a link. Thanks for your time.

This happened out of the blue this morning. I have the ATI X700 AGP video card and when I turn on the computer the screen stays blank. I cant get to bios or anything. the screen stays blank. This video card is not new and have had it in my computer for some time now. I just upgraded my power supply thinking that was the issue but it isnt. I have never had problems with this video card before. I tried this. I removed the AGP video card and used the intergraded video card and everything worked fine. Drivers are not the issue. Is there a way to troubleshoot the video card or something I can do to get it to work again?

i've been away from the xbox for a few years now and I was wondering if halo 2 and counterstrike where still popular on XBOX live?

I have a windows xp machine and I also have a external hard drive connected at all times to this machine. one day the computer crashed and then I was not able to access the hard drive contents after the crash. an error message would occur that said volume is corrupted. I check the properties of the hard drive and its saying that there is no data on the hard drive. (this computer doesnt have a virus.)

i installed partition table doctor and tried to recover it and when you hit browse contents from partition doctor software all the files are present. I tried running check disk and nothing fixes it. so I decided to plug the external hard drive to my windows 7 pc to see if I can fix it there. as soon as i plug it in a message pops ups saying please run check disk on this device. before I ran it I open the my computer and i was able to access the hard drive. so I ran check disk and 4 hours later it was done it worked fine on my windows 7 pc but still cannot get it to work on my windows xp machine. I ran check disk on my windows xp hard drives and still doesnt fix the problem. xp says access denied, file system is corrupted. but it works fine on windows 7 pc.... anyone have any ideas?
