Polyamory advice: I think I'm developing feelings for my boyfriend's girlfriend?
I have been dating my boyfriend for about two months, and he was already in a pre-existing relationship with his girlfriend, whom he had been dating for about four years. They are sort of in a long-distance relationship, and he usually only gets to see her every other weekend, and occasionally I might hang out or get dinner with them when she's in town. He has told me that she likes me (I'm assuming that that just mainly means as a friend and that she approves of us dating). I also know that she finds me at least a tiny bit attractive, because he has talked to me about possibly having a threesome in the future, which was her idea. I think she is really cute, and I get really nervous when I am around her because I really want her to like me. Just thinking about her puts butterflies in my stomach. (Sorry for sounding like a sappy middle-school student with a crush). This is my first poly relationship, so I'm new to a lot of the things that come with it, but does anyone else who has been in a similar situation have any advice or insight for me? I really want to talk to my boyfriend about it, but I don't want to make him or his girlfriend uncomfortable, as everything has been going so smoothly lately. I'd rather just remain friends if I risk ruining the relationship and making them unhappy.

2 AnswersSingles & Dating6 years agoIs it a bad idea to list SSDP (Students for Sensible Drug Policy) as an organization I'm apart of on my LinkedIn account?
I'm very active in my SSDP club at college and contribute a lot of my time to it. was adding clubs and organizations to my LinkedIn account, and I was wondering if I should include it. Will companies like that I'm involved in something political, or will they look down on me as just some pro-weed college kid?
2 AnswersHigher Education (University +)7 years agoHow is Liberty University's acceptance rate so low?
On google, it states that it's only 21%, which baffles me because I know people who got in who had 2.0s throughout high school. The rate is even lower than UVA's. Does anyone know what why it's so low?
3 AnswersHigher Education (University +)7 years agoIs it possible for me to uninstall Office 365 but still keep Office 2010 on my computer?
I'm trying to uninstall Office 365 because my subscription that I had with my school ran out, but I'm afraid that if I uninstall it using Microsoft's link, it might uninstall all of it. (This was the link to how I was going to uninstall it.)
1 AnswerSoftware7 years agoAfter being sent to hell, can a person get out if they repent? (Catholicism)?
I'm not religious and was raised by Baptist parents, and I was talking to a girl earlier who stated that she was Catholic. I was asking her a question, and she stated that after a person is in hell, if they repent of their sins, they can get out. I've never heard this before, but I'm not that familiar with Catholicism, so that may be why I never heard it.
13 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 years agoHow do I politely tell a to quit flirting with me and complimenting me?
I mean, don't get me wrong, I like him. But it's just kind of annoying. I can't stand too much mushy gushy stuff, it makes me want to barf. I don't want to hurt his feelings, though. What should I tell him?
1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoHelp with a proof on summation in precalculus?
We have just started doing proofs of summations in class, and I feel that I understand it for the most part, but the two problems my teacher gave for homework are confusing me.
The problem is:
PROVE: Sn=3+7+11+15+...+(4n-1)=[n over sigma, i=1](4n-1)=n(2n+1)
I worked it out for n=1, and it all went smoothly, but when I tried n=2, I received two answers: 7 for the sigma problem, and 10 for the final problem (n[2n+1]).
Could somebody possibly work me through this so I can understand? I have a short quiz on this tomorrow, and I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong.
All feedback is appreciated!
3 AnswersMathematics8 years agoWhat type of Statistical Analysis would I use for my research?
I will be doing research on starch-based biodegradable plastics this summer, and for my proposal I need to include which type of data analysis I will use to present my findings.
In my experiment, I will be testing 3 different types of starch-based polymers (30 in all) by putting them in compost bins and checking them weekly for approximately 100 days. I will be checking how much they have decomposed in the soil.
What type of statistical analysis would be best for this type of research? I don't fully understand that part.
All help is appreciated!
2 AnswersOther - Science8 years agoI need help deciding what research to do concerning biodegradable materials (maybe plastics)?
I'm stuck. I am writing a senior research proposal for the research that I will be conducting next year, and I have already decided that I will be doing the research on biodegradable materials. It's locked in, and I cannot change it. The problem is, I have no idea what to do now.
At first I thought for an experiment I could simply test the biodegradability of plastics by placing non-biodegradable, starch-based biodegradable, and hemp-based biodegradable plastics in compost bins. How can I get samples of these plastics, though?
Other than that, I have few ideas as to what to do or what to find out. I'm so limited with my research. Any suggestions? All input is greatly appreciated.

2 AnswersOther - Environment8 years agoIdeas for an experiment on biodegradable polymers (senior research project)?
I have to write a research proposal for the research that I will be doing next year during my senior year of high school. The topic I chose is biodegradable materials, but I'm not quite sure exactly what experiment to do with them, or what thesis or hypothesis to base it on.
I was thinking about setting up 30 small compost bins and placing different polymers/plastics/packing materials in them to test which ones decompose the most.
I was also thinking about making some of the polymers, myself, using starches, but I'm not sure if that is an already heavily researched area or if I could come up with my own new thesis to research for that.
Do you guys have any suggestions or resources that could help guide me with this decision? All input is HIGHLY appreciated!

4 AnswersOther - Environment8 years agoWhy do I always have dark circles under my eyes?
I constantly have grayish-purple circles underneath my eyes. It's annoying, because it try to use concealer to cover it up, but no matter what brand i try, the circles always seem to show through. I get a sufficient amount of sleep; I am outside often and am in sunlight often and drink plenty of milk, so I highly doubt it's a vitamin D deficiency. Are there any other causes for this? And any suggestions of what I may do to reduce it? Thanks!
3 AnswersOther - Skin & Body8 years agoHow to get the theoretical mass and percent yield?
C7H6O3 + C4H6O3 ==> C9H8O4 + CH3COOH
I have 1g of C7H6O3, and I'm trying to find C9H8O4. In my experiment I got 1.34g of C9H8O4, but when I calculate the theoretical mass, I keep getting 1.3044, which is less than that. Am I doing this wrong, or did my experiment mess up?

1 AnswerOther - Science8 years agoHow start talking to a guy I kinda like?
There's a guy who's in a few of my classes, and he may or may not like me (he likes a girl named Jessica, and both I and another girl he knows fit the description). I'd like to start talking to him or even just simply be able to acknowledge him without feeling completely awkward and shy, but I'm super duper shy and have trouble starting conversations. He's within the group that I hang out with at school, but I don't know what to do. Like I said, he might not like me, but that's okay; I'd be okay with it if we could be friends. Suggestions?
1 AnswerFriends8 years agoThe likelihood that he likes me?
Yeah, I know, I'm another annoying teenager blabbing about some guy she has a crush on. I don't want to talk to anybody I know about him, though, because word spreads and it isn't that big of a deal. There's this guy who I go to school with, and he's really shy. I'm pretty shy, as well (which is why I don't have the nerves to talk to him directly outside of a group). Anyway, he writes stories and poetry, and he has a website on which he collaborates with a friend of his from Ireland and submits whatever he's writing. I decided I'd finally check it out, so I clicked on the first story, which was 4 chapters of a long term project he has been working on. The first sentence was describing a girl named Jessica (my name) with stark green eyes (like mine), wearing the same sort of clothes I wear, and behaving in the manner I behave in (constantly sleep, shy, picks at fingernail polish, etc.). He later introduces a character who likes her but doesn't think she'd like him back (he's some sort of science-fictional character, he behaves similarly to the guy I'm talking about).
This guy sometimes stares at me at lunch, but tries to avoid eye contact when I look over. I dunno, I guess it could easily be coincidental. He could just like the name Jessica (or maybe the other guy from Ireland chose it). I'm probably just getting my hopes up.
Anyway, please don't be too harsh if you're going to criticize me for making a big deal out of this. Just post whatever you think about the situation, or any tips you have (maybe for talking to him easily), or whatever you feel like.
Thank you!
