Are all DeWalt tools compatible with any battery amperage?
I have the compact drill driver DCD777 20V Max that came with the 1.3 ah battery. Can I use a 3 ah or even a 5 ah battery on this tool or will that exceed it's capabilities and harm the motor?

My car was stolen and eventually towed to a yard. The tow company told me the battery was taken and is in overall bad shape. I believe it will not be worth paying the fee to take my car out. The alternative is to let them keep it but are asking for the title and a fee. Why are they asking for a fee with my vehicle's title?
