I live in Fort Worth, TX, and filled out an application for the Police force. I just got an email about my civil service exam.

The real question I have is; assuming I pass it, will they approach me about training?

If anyone has in any info they can share, that's be awesome. I know I could probably call and ask but I won't have time to do so for a few days due to work.

Also, my current laptop is at least 3 years old and I'm needing a laptop that can play newer games that isn't super expensive.

I was led to believe I'd be working full-time but, upon starting, discovered that I was a part-time employee and I would remain so. I cannot afford to pay my bills with the small amount of money I'll be receiving. Can I continue to get unemployment if I choose to quit for this reason?

This job is going to pay significantly less than the minimum that Unemployment says I need to make.

Please help. I'm really concerned because of bills.

I've been working at an RV lot for about a month now as a wash/detailer.

The only other guys that I work with have experience and I don't.

They continually harp on me for being bad at my job. They claim they're playing but I can't help but feel that it's true.

I've also been told by my boss that he will be watching me for the next 2-3 weeks because I'm still in my 90 day probational period.

It's the washing part that I seem to be struggling at. Detailing isn't an issue.

Please give me some sort advice if you have any, I'm very concerned about losing this job.

I'm getting insurance for the first time for my wife and I. We're planning to start a family within a year or so, so insurance is kinda a must for us. I look up a plan on Blue Cross Blue Shield's website.

It's affordable (monthly) but I'm concerned about the deductible.

First question, do I have to pay off my entire deductible yearly before I get ANY benefits?

Is $6000 too much to pay for 2 people?

Which of these programs can I end in task manager without risking any damage to my pc? I know a few but I don't want to close something important

I can't find the Zaeed dlc on playstation network. I read that it was free now and wanted to get it. Even if it's not free I still want to buy it but I can't find it anywhere

My new laptop has a card reader but when I plug in my memory stick nothing happens.

It fits but Im not sure if its compatible, the memory stick is a 32mb Sony.

I looked in my Device Manager but I couldnt find the reader either.

I have a box Pet Freh Carpet Odor Elimator and I was wondering if I could mix it with kitty litter?

I just bought my computer and it came installed with Ubuntu and I know nothing about it.

When I try to install Windows 7 Ultimate from my flash drive, it stops on the "Completing Installment" part. I already tried once and left it over night (8pm to 4 pm, the next day) and it didn't seem to show any progress.

Is it freezing and is there a way around this or do I just need to wait it out?

I recently moved out of my moms house and she called me up and asked if I wanted to claim my younger brother on my taxes. I told her I wasn't sure if it was legal but she claims it is because while I lived there I paid 500 to 600 hundred a month for part of the rent and utilities. She can't work do to a medical condition but her boyfriend pays the rest of the bills.

So would it be legal to claim him on my taxes?

We have a new kitten and just found out he's a ringworm carrier. Our other cat visibly has it and we took them to the vet today. I know it's easily treated if they get it and all that stuff but what I need to know is if it's permanent for a carrier or if the treatment will make it go away for both cats?

I just got my internet hooked up. It's Charter but they don't do wireless anymore. If I buy a wireless router from walmart, will it hook up to my cable like the on they gave me or will I have to hook it up differently?

I can't figure out how to use this

I just had a tooth removed (a molar). It hasn't quite quit bleeding but it's not gushing anymore either. Do I need to keep the gauze on it til it's total done bleeding?

If so, do I need to eat with the gauze in my mouth or can I take it out?

Also, if it has quit bleeding enough, can I eat solid food or do I need to stick with soft stuff?

Lastly, if I can eat solids, I understand they can't be too hot or cold but do they need to be room temperature?
