Spirulina- 2/500 mg/day

Goldenseal- 500 mg/day

Valerium- not actually sure how many mgs since I bought them from a local grocers..you bag the capsules yourself./night

Zinc-50 mg/night

Just to carefully explain...so that there is an understanding of my routine/dosage just in case there's any questions lol:

Reason why is because the gelatin I assume is not breaking down properly causing constipation.

I drink them all at night 1-2hrs before bed. W/ two cups of water.

I already bought them I know people will recommend the vegetable ones but I already paid for these so I can not buy any more until I am all out.

Plus I was told not to take These more than 14 days.

I will next time though.

I have a surgical scar from 3 months ago due to intestinal surgery from an automobile accident and was wondering what to treat it with. It's healed looks a bit like flesh but I guess it's a layer of skin covering it, no open wound. It was stapled and staples were removed very similar to c-section cut/scar.

Also I wanted to use it on acne blemishes and a few stretch marks that seem to be appearing, probably from weight loss during recovery.

I have a dark olive completion, so the scars are normally darker. I sometimes have dry skin (not peeling) but yea, I moisturize with all natural shea butter.

Can I mix it with my moisturizer?

Can I put it on my face?

He keeps putting my underwear on!!! No lie he has been caught in the act by me my friends, boyfriend and fam several of times. He uses his paws and teeth..he lets the bra hang from his neck and puts the panties on the bottom. I called and left a voice message "she" appeared on the answer machine. Background sounded as if she was in a sports bar. She called back from a local (the same area code as mines) asking me to spell out my name, I started off and I heard some one instructing her in the background so I stopped and offered the account number instead and she seemed clueless and said "ugh sh..shh..sure that would uh be fine" So I gave her the account number 7x's and she seemed as if she wasn't even noting it I kept asking her about the company "What is this company?" and she says "Ugh.." and hangs up. This document even has a bar-code.

Now I called back and I spoke to another woman and she seemed more legit or maybe a good actress, she transferred me to her supervisor as she continuously cuts everything I'm explaining off. She didn't even know why I was calling so I asked if they were scamming me. She says they were a legit company.

She then transfers the call, it rang and the supervisor's answering system picks up..similar to the Mandy girl's .....I then hung up. They called back again with a local number.

Weird huh?

Can I report them?

The letter was sent to my previous address and forwarded to my new.

Do you have to bid close to the "Buy Now" price. Or do they expect a higher bid of 19.99+. Would people normally sell the item for 5.99 (starting bid), once no one has put a bid for it. Or is this what they call a Reserve price?

Can you actually shop at Buffalo Exchange without bringing something for swap or donation?

I went to one today and everyone had clothes to swap for...the line was long so I left. I'd like to swap but I cannot carry clothes that far so first I'd like to purchase and then go back and sell if I decide to rid of anything. So can I just shop?
