We want to investigate the FSA (Farm Services Agency) in Rock County, WI. We had good credit, good equity, plenty of experience, and a good business model for running a dairy farm, and we were denied an FSA loan...

We know someone who had very poor credit, no equity, no experience and a questionable business plan for running a dairy farm, and this person was approved....this person neglects her animals, and the health department shut her down for 30 days for violations. She has no money for feed, but is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars upgrading her barn. The FSA continues to lend her money to stay affloat.

We want to have the FSA office investigated, because there is something seriously wrong with this picture.....

Let us know who we can talk to so we can look into this further.....

My friends and I want to take a trip to Reno and Las Vegas this Spring or Summer. The map said its a 452 mile drive from Reno to Vegas. Is it an easy drive? Plenty of Gas Stations? We are going to rent a car and drive it hopefully. Just want some helpful info. Thanks

I work 2 jobs, and I was able to pay my student loans and my car payment easily. Last spring, I lost my better job, but I found another job that pays less and its farther away, costing me more in gas every month. I can only afford to pay one or the other right now. Should I pay the student loans and lose my car, or pay the car payment and default on the student loans. I suppose I could send the student loan people a small amount every month, but I assume that really isnt an option. What should I do? Ive had to defer my students loans before, but I dont think I can anymore.

I signed a lease for a rental, then I lost my job 3 days later. Can I get out of my lease? I never took the keys or moved in. I put a deposit down, and I assume I will lose that. The lease has an "abandonment clause" saying that if I havent lived there or had belongings there, the house can be re-rented to someone else.

I have an old computer I want to sell. I want to format the harddrive and delete all the files so I can sell it. I dont want to delete the Windows Vista OS when I format the drive. Is that possible, or will I have to get a new OS for the computer after I format the harddrive?
