I have a 1992 Mercedes 300SD. Yesterday my husband pulled the parking brake and snapped the handle off. The brake itself works fine, but now we have no handle to release it. I ve looked for videos, but haven t found one that is for Mercedes. How the heck am I going to remove what s left of the old one, and put in a new one? Ideas? The part was easy to find, but no instructions for replacement.

Twice now a church has misspelled words on their sign in the last month or so. It bugs me. Maybe I m too hard on them. What do you think?

I don t have an ATV, but really need to spray larger areas. I found a Fimco sprayer cheap, and was hoping I could just put it in my truck bed up against the cab, and use the 15 hose that way.

Urgent help needed with sheep! I have a ewe that is not eating tonight, and is standing off from the others. She is also putting weight on her front legs, and stretching her back and hind quarters. All our sheep look good, strong, and beautifully fat for the winter. They are well fed, have shelter, and good well water. They are Katahdins. We have a Dorper ram with them. My thought is we are about to get some winter lambs, but I'm a little freaked as her sister just died yesterday. Also beautiful ewe, no appearant sickness. We thought she might have died giving birth, but are not sure. Can't afford to call the vet for a non issue. Anyone seen this before?

So I made a pear and plum jam today and when done there was a little left over in the pot that when cooled was perfectly gelled. The sealed jars are now cooled on the counter and are not gelled. How is this possible? I did a water bath for about 12 minutes and used double pectin and lemon juice. You would think it would be like jelly candy, but it's not even as good as the stuff at the bottom of the cooking pan. Should I wait the standard two weeks?

My husband bought a huge can of nacho sauce and I know we won't eat it all before it goes bad. Does anyone know if we can re-can it into smaller jars? It says not to freeze it or I would.

Okay, I have put in a new valve assembly and a new flapper. The flapper is seated and no water is seeping into the bowl so the flapper is sealing okay. The new valve seems to go up and down fine and it half way shuts off, but still keeps hissing. The water keeps filling and covers the valve cup, and then spills into the overflow. Any ideas? It's driving me nuts!!!!!!!!!
