Another black teen was shot and killed by a crazy white teabagger that thought it was necessary to fire shots at them after they wouldn't OBEY his orders of turning down their music in the parking lot of a gas station. This law is causing more harm than good. It's giving people the power to shoot now and ask questions later. What is your take on this law and should it be repealed?

I've had this Google phone for a few months now. No problems with it all all, excellent phone. Problem is verizon took nearly six months to roll out the last ICS update. Although I'm not what you would call a phone geek, I've never had a rooted phone. But the new jelly bean is out but I'm afraid verizon is going to one again Dick around and it won't be available till end of the year or 2013. What do yall think?

I got the token from mw2 but black Ops I didn't care for that much and between that and work I didn't get to play much... But I was wondering if I played black Ops would the prestige token carry over to mw3. And how is it suppose to work for black Ops 2? MW3 token carry over?

I can tell you the solution using only 6 words, Roll Back The Reagan Tax Cuts. Heck - roll back the Bush tax cuts - go back to Clinton levels where the wealthiest Americans paid an extra 3% - just 3% - three measly percentage points - and we’d take a huge chunk out of our deficit just like that.

Remember how the Clinton budget - passed without a single Republican vote in the House - gave us not only a balanced budget but a surplus? And if we rolled back the Reagan tax cuts - and made billionaires pay at least 74% like they did for more than half of the 20th century when our nation prospered and the middle class grew - then we’d have a budget SURPLUS!

I dont understand why people think by raising taxes a measly 3% is gonna end the world as we know it. Do they honestly beleive that if their corporate employer pays less their savings will automatically go back to the workers ? Do they honestly believe that paying less taxes creates more jobs ( in a whole) ..I know it does help in certain companies or situations..but as a whole? No..Do they really believe that by the rich paying less in taxes that it will eventually make that person richer? OR...are people just lead to believe that this is true...knowing damn well the bush tax cuts have been in affect for 12 years now and hasn't don't nothing but put more money in the corporations pocket. Its a fact that corporate profits are up like 26% since 2008..but for the john doe worker? they only saw a pay hike of .5%! That POINT 5 PERCENT!

I mean even the hard working, honest people here that make 20-35 grand a yr... honestly believe that if they vote republican THEIR TAXES will go down.lol. I mean its a bunch of hooey.lol.

ITs been PROVEN over time..that if the wealthy pay their fair share that American and the middle class and the work industry strives.Just like its been proven that when they pay less everything goes to hell in a handbag....Or does this really have anything to do with taxes at all?...maybe its simple jealously. You know..Conservatives are all for lowering taxes for the rich yet they want to cut cut cut when it comes to the elderly, the disabled, the poor, the children, womens' health and so on...maybe they are just jealous and don't want the poor to have any help at all. They don't want ANYBODY for that matter to have anything that resembles anything the other guy or girl has but had to pay for it out of his/her own pocket... hmm? valid point? or just selfish? (( and yes Ill be the first to admit there are huge cracks in the food stamp program and disability..there is alot of fraud..no doubt..and it should be fixed, but It can be fixed without cutting people off of it that actually needs to be on the program. cutting fraud in half alone would probably save us billions a year!))

What is the big deal? is it a conservative force-field that they have around these people that preached and others have taught to everyone on that side that Taxes is an outright Sin...or Is it jealousy, knowing their taxes will go towards helping the poor in some form or another? Do they not understand that by paying taxes they wouldn't have the free country they have to live in? The Civilization...The Freedoms we have on a daily bases regardless of minor politics that may irritate people from time to time. I have no problem paying more taxes. I definitely have no problem with WALMART paying more taxes especially knowing that they discriminate against their own workforce by making people work under 32 hrs a week so they don't have to offer no health insurance. which in my opinion is an outright travesty. should they be unionized? No..But they should stop screwing over their employees!

Whats the big deal over a 3% hike? or going back to 39.5% where clinton had it and we actually had a projected surplus. Do people actually believe that taxing the rich less but cutting off the poor and elderly is the way to save money?? I was raised with the motto " The more you make, the more they take". That applied to me throughout my life so far regardless if i was making 5.50/hr or 32.00/hr, why not the wealthy? Especially!!! the ones that are taken their tax cuts and shipping jobs overseas!

Where is the best channels to go to find good "Present Day" "NEW" Alternative/Grunge rock ? I am a fan of the old Seattle grunge rock or good ole alternative rock sounding bands, looking for good alternatives as of present day. Im tired of the radio playing the same ole crap. I have Tune In pro on my android as well, and some of the alternative stations are good but I feel like theres alot missing.

I know I will get some crap for saying this but I have a Modded Controller. Its a professional mod with the microchip in the controller and you use the sync button to choose one of Five rapid fire settings. (not that stupid little button crap behind the controllers you have to hold down the whole time) With that said and many people will call me a cheat..lol.. ( which is fine) I want to know what other shooters ( that are very similar to COD/MW3/MW2/ Black Ops) that have Free for All in the Multiplayer. I Love FFA. and FFA community playlist. Team Death match is boring to me, sorry.. I'm strange. and just for fyi..Although i have a modded controller...I still use Mp7s and Type 95s more than anything. I only got it a few years back because I honestly wasn't very good at the game and decided that I needed a little bit of an advantage to keep from getting my *** kicked every single game. To be honest with you..It worked! Well that and along with switching from my big flatscreen tv to a 22'' 1080p computer monitor ( which apparently has faster refresh rate) but using that controller has done wonders for my game. Now I can use a non modded gun and place 1st 2nd or 3rd most of time. SO... hate if your gonna hate.. that's cool, I understand...just answer the question if you can.
