Marine till Death

Been called a lot of things. Dad, Husband, Jarhead, Devil Dog, American, Patriot, etc. And I am DAMN proud of ALL of them. They don't come much more conservative Republican than me. I support our military and the brave men and women in it, I believe this is the BEST country on earth and if you don't like it, please leave. I own gun's, and I don't believe anybody has the right to tell me I can't. I believe the death penalty serves a purpose and if you don't get out and vote you do two things. First, you spit in the face of every service member, past and present, who has been willing to go in harms way to give you that right, and second, you no longer have any right to complain about how this country is run. This is me. The people that matter love me, so anybody else, well, I been called a lot of things, not all of them nice.

  • Question about French cuffs?

I will be attending a charity function on the 23rd and need a bit of help. The dress shirt I am wearing with my suit has french cuffs. Would silk suspenders be too casual with such a shirt or would I be OK? I am not planning on taking my suit coat off, just open in the front. I am relatively new to having to dress for these types of functions, and this is my first time with french cuffs. All serious replies are appreciated.

  • Stock option question?

If you have vested options, but are unable to sell until a certain date, can a bank "guarantee" a price for your options? If so, how does this work? Is the bank buying your rights to said options? Can you negotiate the price, or does it have to be market value? How is this taxed? Thanks for all help, will provide more details if needed.

"My shield is not for me, it is for my brother to my left, as my brother to my right hand's shield is for me. I will never let my brother out of the shelter of my shield, it will protect him for as long as I have a breath. I will always bear my shield forward toward the enemy. I will return from battle with my shield or on it!"
