I have painful joints, but it isn't arthritis. Help.?
Hello.
I'm seventeen years old and I have had painful joints on and off for years. I first noticed it in primary school (elementary school) in my knees and ankles, in 2008 in my hips, 2010 in my wrists and fingers. I have been to my doctor and she thought it might be arthritis, but i did a blood test and they said that nothing had showed up and no action was required. But I still have painful joints. They crack strangely, if i move them strangely, or in a way they don't like, they will hurt, if I don't move them enough they will ache. It is worse in the cold, and when I'm tired. I sometimes get irritated skin but there is no swelling.
I'm really worried about what it might be because it is really painful, arthritis was a known quantity that could be managed. This is unknown and I am really scared and can't fight it. Any ideas would be very welcome.
1 AnswerPain & Pain Management8 years agoI'm looking for a new television show. Help, I'm bored.?
Hey, I'm looking for a new television show. Doctor Who and Sherlock are my favourites and I am also fond of Midsummer Murders, Spooks, Silent Witness, Waking The Dead, Foyles War, QI, Would I Lie To You, and more that I have probably forgotten.
I prefer British television, but if it is American that is Ok. I like good scripts, good acting and interesting plots. It can be Si Fi, drama, mystery, educational, basically whatever. If it is specifically romance, please don't suggest it, romance is only ok as a sub story. If there are any movies that you think I may like, please suggest them as well as I get bored allot and need something to fill my time with.
Thank you.

Just wondering wether if a child doesn't want to be adopted, can they say so and will it be heeded. If they can, are there any age restrictions. And this is in Australia, I have found information on this about other countries, but not Australia.

Hey, since i got my iPad I haven't been able to connect it to my home wireless network, but my sister iPad and laptop, and my laptop have no problems with it. Whenever I type in the password that I have for the wifi, it says can't connect to wifi. It has got ton even more annoying because I have forgotten my apple id so I can't even use my iPad or read any books on it and because i can't connect to my wifi, I can't retrieve my password. What do I do.
1 AnswerComputer Networking8 years agotv shows similar to merlin and doctor who?
Hello. I am looking for supernatural tv shows, merlin and doctor who are my favourites.
Romance it ok, but I really detest love triangles, naive characters and dependant females. I find them offensive and boring.
I love it is the plot is intricate and interesting, if there is some fighting, good dialogue and good special effects. I am not a fan of older tv shows. I feel like I have run out. If you also know some other tv shows that you think are really good, then it doesn't have to be supernatural, just well done with good acting and clever words.
9 AnswersOther - Television8 years agoMental health education?
I was wondering wether while anyone here has been at school, has there been any education on mental illnesses. Are you told about depression, eating disorders, schizophrenia, anxiety and others. If you were told, how much detail do your teacher go into on those issues and were you told what to do should you experience problems with mental illnesses, either with a family member suffering, a friend suffering or if you are suffering.
My schools covered sexual health, but very little was said about mental illnesses. Since depression, by 2020 is going to be the number one cause for hospital admissions, I am also wondering wether you think it is a good idea for those issues to be raised in schools. Also, since teens are having sex younger, should sexual health lessons start earlier.
1 AnswerMental Health8 years agoLooking for a dog breed.?
I am looking for a breed, or breeds of dogs that are:
Large.
Protective, like a guard dog.
Friendly or aloof with strangers and other animals.
Cuddles and snuggles.
Would make a good jogging companion and is very trainable.
A one person dog, but able to be left with other people.

Hi, I'm looking for a dog breed that is large, I'm not a fan of small dogs unless they are really sturdy. I want a dog that that is suited for an apartment, but seriously not a small dog. I want a dog that will play, but not all the time. I want a dog that will be affectionate, but will be independent, as I do work during the day. I will take it for walks which will be often a short walk to the shops, a run at the park or a long walk up to my parents house, so, quite sporadic. Most of all, I want a couch potato. A dog that sits on me isn't necessary, however, it is still welcome.
