Truly false and false statements were given in a legal document to obtain the order. It states that it is a temporary restraining order for 30 days and there will be a hearing on Sept 13th. What can we do until then and can we dispute this?

Second, can I sue for harassment, slander or giving false statements?

This is total rumor that I heard from someone that heard it from someone else. Anyone know if this is true. I doubt there's an actual experienced situation out there, but has anyone else heard this? Like "run down the hill and the bear won't chase you" actual quotes from said friend.

I would rather not kill a bear, but if it's him or me, I'm gonna try to make him a new rug on my floor, instead of being bear lunch.

Going hiking in the eastern sierras, minimalist style. I will try bear spray first, then it's gonna get the business end of my glock, if spray doesn't work. Self defense only, I'm not going out looking for bears.

I live in Nevada which is relatively firearm friendly. No waiting period for firearms and we allow open carry as well as concealed carry. Is the background check system the same? or does it go before a committee or a judge or someone who then approves it? Do I have to show a need for carrying?

My father in law has a propane tankless water heater he wants to give me. My home is natural gas. I'm pretty sure that you cant, but I was wondering if I could install this in my home. If I cant, does anyone know the difference between the two types of gas?

I legally own guns. Rifles and pistols but I haven't joined nra. If they are against licensing and back ground checks I don't want to join.

I'm for gun control not for gun bans. Is there a middle ground organization?

In my state its legal to carry a sidearm pistol almost anywhere. Walking down the street, what ever. So, what would be the need for carrying a permit to conceal the weapon?

Maybe not to draw attention to yourself or something?

I'm amazed at how radical the political parties have become. Their representatives seem to be very extreme left or extreme right. I'm finding it hard to agree with anyone enough to give them my vote. I agree with both sides on some issues and disagree with both. I hate being labeled one party or the other just because of the way I voted. I feel the duty to vote but it seems wasted on someone who just seems to care about continuously getting elected, like that's the end game? Seems pretty pointless.

I think... if you're too extreme in your beliefs, any beliefs, you're a little insane. People have to use moderation and be willing and open to changing their minds if need be.

I've never used a computer before right now. Should I buy one or no?

Mine was to start a family and own a home. I accomplished that, now my dream is get out of debt. I guess it changes as life progresses.

They have one listed for $700 and one for about $400. I don't know much about the market for these rifles or if there's one design that's better than another. I think I heard that they haven't changed much in 50 years. If there's an expert out there, your help is greatly appreciated
