  • Had myself a small 10" hand-tossed pepperoni pizza and 8 hot wings from Domino's and drank a 12oz Budweiser beer with it. Good meal?

    I feel greatly satisfied with the meal. I never ordered anything like that before. Had the small 10" pizza and 8 hot wings with my beer all in one sitting. I thought it was an awesome and delicious meal. I lift weights so yeah I'm burning all this junk off tomorrow when I work out. I might have this meal again next week. Does anyone here ever binge eat?

  • Is this a good weight lifting workout routine for increasing my strength?

    I have my own Olympic weight plates, power rack, flat bench, barbell, and belt and chain for weighted chin-ups. I don't have dumbbells because I don't need them. I also have a heavy bag for punching and kicking which I do for my cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    Monday: squat 3x5, bench press 3x5, barbell row 3x5, weighted push-ups 3x5

    Tuesday: heavy bag kickboxing, 3 rounds, 3 minutes each round, 90 seconds rest between rounds

    Wednesday: squat 3x5, overhead press 3x5, deadlift 1x5, weighted chin-ups 3x5

    Thursday: Same as Tuesday

    Friday: Same as Monday (alternate workouts)

    Saturday & Sunday: rest

    Diet:

    lots of water

    milk

    eggs

    chicken breasts

    steaks

    beef hamburgers with whole wheat buns

    cheese

    fruits & veggies

    potatoes

    beans

    pasta

    rice

    mixed nuts

    peanut butter
