Im trying to hook up my psn wireless again after i just moved & im trying to hook it up to my family's wireless internet & i can not get it. I tried many times and it keeps saying ip address failed. The signal is good & i put in the wpa key correctly. I cant just hook up the ethernet wire cause the router is up stairs & i cant run a long one around the house. So i need to figure this out but it keeps ip address failing.

Im trying to get my wep & the people that set up the router dont know the info to log into it, what can i do?
