At my work we get a free holiday every year up to the value of £1,500 but as this is a "benefit in kind" I have to pay the tax for the holiday.

I am 26 and have two options for a brace to straighten my teeth. Both will take 12-15 months.

Has anyone experienced either of these. Also how do they affect kissing??

Option 1 - clear braces.

There is a metal wire but the actual brace is clear so it isn't too noticeable.

Pros:

£2,500

It doesn't affect speech.

Cons:

I'll look like a 14-year-old until I'm 28.

Option 2 - invisible braces (fitted on the inside of your teeth)

Pros:

They are invisible! (the receptionist showed me hers you really can't tell at all.

It's hard to eat some food for a while (I've put this in pros due to possible resulting weight loss)

Cons:

You lisp and dribble for about a week, maybe more.

You can get mouth ulcers and stuff and scrape your tongue

I have marinated some strips of beef in a teriyaki marinade overnight last night. Today I was going to fry the beef and add mushrooms and creme fraiche.

Will this be gross?

If so what other sauce could I use for the beef?
