My company has branches in different locations in the UK. Now it looks like I might have a choice between Solihull and Cardiff. Between these two places, where should I ask for a posting? And why?

(Some parameters I could think of: cost of living, places of tourism around, activities in the place, distance from London, etc)

I have selected "Windows Vista" as my theme, but "Windows Aero" does not appear in the color schemes in the Window Color and Appearance dialog box.

I do not think I have a separate video card installed. But my motherboard is Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset family. Is this enough or do I need a separate video card installed to use Aero?

I remember I was trying to tweak Vista faster many times. Many webpages suggested going to regedit and changing some binary values. Am worried if I did something like that which deactivated Aero. Can someone tell me how to re-enable it?

A group of 10 of us are planning to go to Tada Falls. I read on many blogs that there is a 5 km stretch in a narrow path to reach the base camp where people mostly park their cars.

Can a van (Tempo Traveller) manage to go in that path? Or is it strictly for bikes / small cars?

Ok, this might not be a very prudent way of making a classification.. A model-wise comparison might make more sense. But there might be some characteristic features of each make. (say for e.g., Sony is always expensive).. Can you list out some salient features of digicam makes? (Am looking at a compact Point-and-Shoot camera; not a digital SLR).

Also, do tell me which make gives the best depth (freshness) of colors.

Yahoo Answers is a great place to share and gain knowledge. But as always there are a few anti-social elements here too. Am referring to those people who tease others who are poor in communication thru English.

When a person phrases a question in broken english, there ARE quite a few people who answer seriously. But then there are also those who simply tease the asker with

(1) answers which are intentionally in broken English, or

(2) some advice about learning the language before posting questions.

Are these guys experts in the language in the first place? And even if they really ARE experts, it is not good to do so.

In my opinion we should appreciate the confidence of those people who post questions despite their inability to express themselves well in English. And NO, I do not mean we should patronise them. Just treat them like anyone else.

My question now is - what do you think we should do to those who do all the teasing?
