I have a landlord/tenant legal issue. I have signed a lease with another person for a year. I have moved out because my roomate was a slob and disrespectful. I have text proof of the roomate agreeing to let me off the lease and continue making payments. My landlords are aware they are saying I can t be off the lease because we both signed it and one of us breaking the lease would be both of us leaving which means they still want me making payments. Is there any advice you can give me or tell me a direction I could start?

I'm a nurse and my work is going through a schedule crisis and so we all have to fill in. Normally I don't work on sundays but I got stuck working mostly nights and will miss parts of the football games. I can't record so please don't even suggest it. Is there somewhere I can watch the full game online for free ? I really hope there is hate to miss football ugh !

This month by HUGE mistake I accidently put on my days/weeks stickers on backwards and ended up taking the white pills (the ones your supossed to take at the end of the month right before you period) first. Also once I finish a packet it usually falls on a Thursday and now it has fallen on a Saturday. I haven't missed taking the pills and I'm expecting my menstrual cycle to be out of wack But I'm still very nervous I could be pregnant cause i had unproctected sex atleast 2times this month. Should I take a pregnancy test or just wait it out ? What do you other women think ?

i posted this in the credit sub-section as well before seeing this one but i've never had a debit card but recently i got one and this may be a stupid question but i was wondering if i have to actually activate it because i got the card and it says "valid through" so and so date" so if its valid does that mean if i try to purchase something with it it is usable and will work since its technically my own money or do i still have to call and activate it ?

so i have 5 children and i just had a child she's 3 weeks today and immediatly after i had her i went on the pill just b.c me and my husband want to wait til our oldest hits about 2nd to 3rd grade for us to have more kids. so the doctor said the pill would be effective in 3-4 weeks and never said anything about spotting its been 3 and i had sex on the 20th and ever since then i've been spotting really bad i mean my period isnt due for a couple weeks so... but im not asking if im pregnant or anything i know im not what i'm asking is should me and my husband wait for the spotting to stop before having sex again to prevent getting pregnant or is spotting normal ?

you'd think me being a nurse i would know more but i work with children with cancer so cancer and cancer treatments is my number 1 thoughts i'm sure i could look through my old school books but figured this would be easier.

so i have had the Rechargeable batteries for my wii remotes. and i literally haven't played my wii in months. Meaning the remotes have stayed on the charger. and i played today for maybe an hour and a half,had to make dinner so i stopped playing set the remotes on the table, came back to play a few hours later and the remotes were shot ! completely DEAD. my question is why wouldn't they hold the months worth of battery in them how did it drain in a matter of 5 hours of not being on the charger? and i only used them for one actual hour?

all i know is its called blue light charge system meaning once it turns blue your remotes are fully charged

so i got a new xbox just cause my mom got me one for christmas that came with the kinect thing so i'm selling my old xbox.

my question is if i give the old xbox away and use the new one will it recognize my saved games ?

and today i got 2 rude voice mails of a lady claiming i called her number asking for someone named charlie. I have never seen this number or dialed it before. I'm gonna call Verizon after the holidays but has anyone ever heard of this ? could someone have my number ? the same thing happened to me about a year ago with a different number but the calls stopped so i figured they had the wrong number. has anyone ever heard of this ?
