I am Jamacian. I grew up in a family where all the women work and the younger generation of women are all college educated and working. The idea of a Stay-at-home-mom, is foreign to me. I think of that as something that happens in the live of rich folks. BUT, my fiance comes from a family were SAHMs are common. The marriage success rate in her family is terrible and i hope this SAHM stuff isn't a part of reason. I am finishing my degree and working PT. She works and shares an apartment with her mom (who is divorced and now has no choice but to work). She's now pregnant and is planning to be a SAHM like her mom and older sister. I never imagined being the sole bread winner of my family. I'm afraid that i might resent her, if we are forced to live in a lower status of life that i enjoyed growing up in a home of two working parents. Has any of you husbands of SAHM have feelings like this?

WTF! Why can't this be like other forums where there is a box to type in your response to the topic on the thread! I need help! i want to know how to answer questions on here. Some times i google a queston, and i click on a yahoo answers article. I read the article and some of the responses and i wanna respond too!

If the bible says that heaven and earth will pass away but God's word is established for ever, why do many folks make it seem as if Jesus did away with concepts from God's word in the old Testiment?
