I personally do not care how anyone wears their hair. Why do other people? Why do POC feel like they cant wear their hair a certain way and then tell others they cant wear it a certain way either? Like why cant everyone just do whatever the hell they want without being discriminated against? I've been called racist for not giving a **** and that doesnt make sense to me. How you wear your hair does not affect me in any way so why should I care about your hair. As a white person, I'm especially not going to tell someone what they can and cant do to their hair. Shouldnt we just focus on people doing the discriminating and not the people who are just doing their hair a certain way. Isnt equality about allowing everyone to do anything anyone else can do it? Like it seems to me policing hair styles will just lead to bigger division between people. I generally do not understand why people give a **** about other peoples hair. This goes for everyone with any hair style. And dont just say oh because it culture...that doesnt really explain anything to me. And this isnt just to POC. Why to white people care? Why do POC care? Why does it matter. 

Say I wanted to write an article on education reform but I want to be factual so I use information from research articles or other sources. I use in text citations and have a references page so I'm not plagiarizing. Can I charge people to have access to this writing or is that not allowed because I'm not using completely orginal information just orginal wording? Do I have to get permission first? 

My boyfriend and I have been in eachother lives for 7 years. We were broken up for 2 and we have been back together for 2. In the earlier years when we were in high school he gave me a ring which I believed was a promise ring which I found out actually wasnt this year. So just last night I asked him if I could wear it as a promise ring. Is that weird that I asked him for that and that it was a ring I already had. Plus he doesnt like rings so I would be the only one wearing one. He said he would wear one during special occasions. Is this odd? It wasnt really romantic or anything because hes not super into that. He wouldnt have given me something like this because it's just jewelry to him but it seems like something more to me. What do you think? 

I want to wear a promise ring with my boyfriend and he doesnt really care. He says I can if it makes me happy but he will only wear one on special occasions. I however would want to wear mine everyday. Is that weird? 

I read that if your cat does this that they're upset. But he seems super sweet. He is purring, butting his head against my hand and using his head to show me where is wants pets, and is showing me his belly, with his eyes slightly open. I'm confused? What does this mean? 

So I am trying to open my mind up and see if I'm being racist or bigoted. So in the at least orginal cast of Hamilton, a lot of the cast was played by people of the other races. Like they are great performers and I have nothing wrong with them. It just seems strange to me to have a black person play a white person and vice versa. But then weres the line of that going into discrimination? But then it goes into cultural appropriation and culture appreciation. Like since most of these songs in Hamilton have rap in them and that is a historically black thing. Would it be wrong to have only white people rapping if they were to cast only white people due to wanting to keep the historical aspect of people they are playing? But then isnt embracing another culture okay? Like if you understand the background and you dont make fun of it, isnt that appreciation vs appropriation? Where is the line drawn with that sort of thing? America is the "melting pot" and we have adapted to include aspects of multiple cultures within our own. I dont think america has a specific culture like other countries so it seems normal for us to grab concepts and art from other cultures. I dont I'm just so confused. It's all a big grey area to me 

I have a 18x18x24 terrarium for my crested gecko. Right now its sitting at about 68 degrees. I want to get it higher to about 76. I tried multiple pads that havent worked. I just switched to a 24 watt 8x18 heating pad for 50-60 gallons attached to a thermostat controller. I also have 3 other thermometers, all different brands, inside the cage at different locations to make sure that I'm getting an accurate reading. I've only had this one on for about an hour but I havent seen any change in the temperature. I've tried under the cage and on the side. I am hesitant about using a heat lamp because I read that they could burn themselves and the light can bother them. Is there something I'm missing here?? I want my gecky to be comfortable and in a suitable environment and 68 degrees is barely cutting it. 

Along with my first question, Can other personality disorders such as ASPD, BPD, HPD, NPD, etc have psychosis as a secondary diagnosis or with psychotic features as a note? Like I know schizotypal PD has hallucinations and (delusions?? Not sure about that) as a criteria. But what about the other symptoms of psychosis? But I also feel other features of various PDs involve symptoms of psychosis like disordered thinking and behavior and well as suspicions. I may be conpletely wrong but I'm trying xD I'm a 4th year psych student disappointed my ab psych class only goes over highly prevalent disorders. I want to learn more about these lesser known disorders. 

So I got a Male beta fish about a week ago but I want to expand. Currently my beta is in a 2.5 gallon tank. He seems quite happy. I was thinking about upgrading to a 10 gallon tank and put a few cory fish in there. Is this a good idea? I m a newbie in the fish world.

Me and my friend J dated for 3 years and broke up for vaild reasons. We were both a bit emotional abusive towards each other. Me more than him which I believe was part of my GAD now. It's been over a year now since we have broken up. I have changed so much with the help of counseling, yoga, making new friends, and changing my outlook on situations. Yes, I still have GAD but it's way more under control than the past. Anyways J and I hang out roughly 3x a week and have been for months. We have developed new activities to do with each other and have fun doing so. However I can't tell if this will lead to anything more. He told me about four months ago he doesn't think he could have a relationship and he doesn't know how he will feel in the future. We work so well together I don't know how he doesn't see it too. He got me the best present for my birthday. Something I really wanted. And put more effort in than others. I just can't figure out how to go about this situation and get myself not to obess over it in my head. I don't want to talk to him about in fear I'll seem to needy. I can't hold onto a different relationship because I care more about him than my partner. All will be going well until I start thinking about J when I'm cuddling with someone else. Recently just given up on trying to move on with someone else. Help I feel like I'm going insane.

I am having a lot of problems with my dad. He is super depressed and relies on me for everything. If he wants to go to the gym, I have to go with him. . I just don't feel comfortable being around him. He acts like I am his girlfriend sometimes. He has no other friends. I have been put into the role of taking care of him since I was 14. And I am so tired of it. I just graduated high school. a few months ago he found out that I have been staying the night at my boyfriend of 3 yrs house. My mom is completely fine with it but my dad went ape **** about it. Ever since then we kept on fighting about everything. He thinks I'm still 10 and I need all this protection. He won't even let me watch show that even mention sex. Shows like New Girl. He doesn't think I am responsible enough to live by myself and handle my own money. I have been the one doing the grocery shopping and I have been paying for my own car, my own insurance, my clothes, my gas, etc for the last couple years. I don't want to be constantly held back by him. So about a month after the fight about my boyfriend. I got home late from work and we just get into this huge fight that just continued for probably an hour and a half. He was threatening me, saying he was going to slash my tires. I told him that he needed friends and a hobby. It was all just **** I eventually just had to leave.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 2 and a half years and I love him dearly. When we first started dating we had sex all the time and it was great. Even now when we have it its great. I *** probably 90 percent of the time. However I just can t get myself to have sex anymore. It will be months inbetween times. Whenever it s initiated I get anxious sometimes I even get emotional to the point where I have to hold back tears. I really do want to have sex but it just never seems to work. I can t tell if it is stress or what. He says it doesn t bother him that the frequency isn t as often but I don t want this effect our relationship in anyway. I also have some health problems where I take medication for but i have had them the whole relationship.

I have been in a relationship for two years and I love him to death. We have our ups and downs and almost broke up a few times. However I couldn t imagine my life without him. I m the type of person that can t stand to see people hurt. Tons of people come to me with their problems asking for help. Recently one guy (let s say his name is John) came to me with all his problems. He said he really needed a friend that would be close to him. He said he also wanted hugs and hand holding. Just innocent stuff. I felt so bad for him. I tried to be their for him as a friend. I listened to what he had to say. I m trying to find him a girlfriend because he usually gets so anxious around girls. Anyways he asked me to come over to his house yesterday and I was there for maybe a couple hours. He started trying to hold me hand and I honestly didn t know what to do about it because it felt so different and sort of nice but then he tried to kiss me and I absolutely couldn t do that. He looked so hurt. I left after that. He texted me saying he wants to see me again but I have no idea what to say back. I was up all night thinking I was a horrible person. I feel that I cheated on my boyfriend and I don t know what to do.

This might be weird but I thought vaginas were suppose to smell. Mine doesn't. Sometimes it will during my period but other than that it doesn't have a sent. Is this at all normal?? I have have normal discharge and everything just no sent

So this is kind of embarrassing but I had sex and my boyfriend (year) kept touching my boob and there is this wart or pimple or I don't know looking thing on my boob the morning. It's small and I have no idea what it is. I thought it might be a wary since he has one on his hand but it doesn't really look like that to me. Could it be a pimple or a mole?? I don't know help
