I have had my teddy bear hamster Hammie for about 3 months. He has been my only one untill 3 weeks ago when i got 3 new hamsters, 2 female, one male. My husband let Hammie run on the floor and he smelled them and knew they were their. Now everynight he bites his cage constantly, runs around his cage tripping out but when i pick him up and put him in his playpin right next to the cage, next to me, hes perfectly fine. Hes never acted like this before. I want to know if you think its because their are females in the room or is it because hes getting jelous not all my attention is going to him?

I've never had any new little pets before. I'm getting a hamster and i have a cage but i don't know what to put on the bottom, in my town they only sell pine bedding and i read its bad for them.

Can anyone tell/explain what to put on the bottom?

I am looking for a wedding/reception hall in either Pahrump, Nv, or Las Vegas, Nv. If any one has any advice it would be appreciated.

They only dated for 4 months before getting married(which i will never do) and now 2 years into their marriage he has gotten so controlling! He won't let her get her licnece, hes banned her from talking to any guys on her cell phone, and the internet, shes only allowed on the internet when he is watching, and whens she is at work he has people watch her. He went on her myspace and checked to every guy that she has wrote and accused her of flirting with other guys(which she didn't) and called her a slut. My mom went throu the same thing, and he tried to kill her for leaving, and i have explained this to my friend many of times, but every time she threatens to leave him, he does something nice and she takes him back saying he will change, and he does but for maybe a week. her parents tell her to suck it up. I hate watching my best friend go through this. So should i prove a point and stop being her friend till she leaves him(i don't want to but people said to) or stick it out with her?
