in which I received a very small pension of 3000 a year and I noticed they didnt take FEDERAL or STATE tax out. is it because it was too small? I m not really concerned because I had quite a bit extra on my regular pension to cover it.

The Merchant of the store decided to take it out went through it and located her address and had her arrested and not only that! she got a letter from the county stating that she has to surrender her pistol permit. my question is can they do that, I can understand paying a fine for illegal dumping for one garbage bag and we are talking about a kitchen garbage bag she should be able to pay the fine but not take away her pistol permit I told her to call Homeland Security and ask them if they have that right she has never committed a crying before she has a clean record
