  • Swedish translation of this Enlgish line?

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with getting the most accurate swedish translation (grammatically, etc) of the following phrase:

"there are centuries of faith and love between us" AND "there are infinite centuries of faith and....."

the closest I have is :

Vi har haft århundraden av kärlek och tillit till varandra., but it only translate to " we have had centuries of love and trust to each other"

    Thanks dudes!!! appreciate it.

  • ISO mix-up with slide film?

Alright...so I was shooting with kodak (iso 100) slide film, but I realized unfortunately after the shoots that my ISO on the camera was set at 200 and not 100. I've done this before and the film came out very dark/dense :( ...I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not a reduced devloping time would make the film not be as dense/dark? Or something else that could save my photos?! :(

If not, I'm pretty much screwed for my next gallery show and my portfolio this semester. Any ideas would help. Thanks dudes.

  • Should I just wait, or call Urban Outfitters?

I've never ordered from them online before, so I don't know if this is common or if anyone else has experienced this, but I got the shipping confirmation for my order LAST thursday. The estimated arrival is 5-7 days. It's now 8 days later, and my package still hasn't arrived...I also keep checking the UPS tracking number, but apparently no one has scanned it in transit because no information is showing up when I go to check it.

So should I call urban outfitters? Or UPS? Or should I just wait and see if it's just taking a while? I want my clothes! I paid money for them :(((

    thanks dudes.

  • swedish lines said in this clip?

at around 38 seconds into this video, from the show true blood:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-i2pLSQ3czg

I'm wondering if anyone can understand/write down what he is saying word-for-word (in swedish) when he says " there are centuries of faith and love between us"-- i'm not interested in the most proper or most gramatically accurate translation, I want what the actual line and what the character is saying in swedish. Thank youuuuuu!!

  • How do I correctly translate this phrase to latin?

Alright, I'm a little dusty on latin, though I took a few years a while back. I'm trying to translate (as accurately as possible) the phrase "it is written in the soul". I think the closest I've come is "est stilus anima" (it is of writing in the soul??)....haha anyways, it's definitely a little off. It'd be awesome if someone could help me out! Thank you!!

  • If I'm 4'11"/5', is a 7.25 skateboard too small for me?

After a long medial issue (few years) I'm getting back into skating, but due to my tiny feminine height I'm not sure if I should go under 3.0 width...especially since I have to order my deck online. ALSO is zoo york an alright brand or no? I've never used it, but its virtually impossible for me to find an enjoi, almost, or zero deck online in my size. thanks yoooo!

  • Is this outfit OK to wear to court?

So I'm kind of nervous and I have a court date tomorrow. I'm a female, and was wondering if this dress seemed appropriate to wear (links below)? And Yes I'm being serious; I've never been to court and I don't have a lot of dress/fancy clothes, and I do not want to show up seeming disrespectful. Thanks!

  • Name of this 80's/early 90's movie?

I was just wondering if anyone knew what this movie is called....tried looking up EVERYTHING and I can't find it. This is all I know:

The movie is about a girl whose mom/parents die, and she gets an evil stepmom. The girl doesn't have many friends and talks to her stuffed animals (or dolls??) and she comes home one day to find that the evil stepparent had put her stuffed animals in giant bags (the girl cries saying "they can't breathe" or something like that..). In another part of the movie, the wakes up before her first day of school and makes a new "friend" out of a sock, using her real mother's old lipstick to draw a mouth on it, eyes, etc.

  • Alternatives for growth hormones-are there any?

I know that for children who are predicted to be (or already are) shorter/smaller than normal people their age can take growth hormone injections. My question is: are there any cheaper, effective alternatives to these injections? Like pills or other types of supplements? And, what is the cut-off age for having hormone treatment? I've seen age 21-23, 20, "before 20".......obviously everywhere has a different answer.

  • Gallbladder question??

I'm 18, and began to get cramps when running about 2 years ago. Until lately, I've always been told to get over them and race through them, and that they were in my head and would go away...

But I haven begun to get them specifically under my ribs when I run, and mainly under my RIGHT.

HOWEVER, I did not run for a week, and could still feel intense pain right beneath my ribs where I usually get the cramps while running....

besides gallbladder or kidney problems, is there anything else that this could be????

  • How do I rid of dry skin caused by Pro-activ (benzoyl peroxide)??

I'm 18, and I've tried everything on my face for the past year, and nothing worked until Pro-activ. However after a few weeks, I notied extreme dryness in my face. I stopped using it twice a day and only use it once, and also only went to using step 3. I also started using Neutrogena facial pads, because when I used them in the past they would make my face oily (which I didn't want...but now i DO) however, it doesn't help. I literally have been putting a millimeter thick's worth of lotion (80% aloe vera, doesnt irriate my skin) on my entire face; my pores SOAK it all up within 30 minutes, and my face is oily, but still extremely dry. When I eat, I can barely open my mouth because my skin is so dry. I can't eat sandwhiches or pizza.... My friends are like "you're mouth looks weird when you talk.." but I dont tell them.

Everyday, my face feels like its getting drier, and I'm getting huge cracks in my skin....does anyone have any suggestions or marvelous lotions that actually work??
